Beautiful amenities in this model. I love the galley kitchen, appliances, cabinetry, and tilework. The bathroom is gorgeous! I see this model is 376ft. I would add 20 feet onto the bedroom. For privacy, I would place a transit window in the bathroom, living room over the sofa to shine light on hanging artwork and replace the large window by the door with a transit window, so you can place a tall coat and shoe rack. I would move the fireplace to the wall adjoining the bedroom so you can watch tv while cooking in the kitchen. Remove one of the full windows in the bedroom and replace it with a transit window above the bed for privacy and light. You can then mount a large TV or place an thin profile piece of decor or vanity. I love that you the one large window in the bedroom also serves as an egress.
Beautiful 🤩 I would move w/d to bathroom. I would choose no window over the fireplace and mount a 55” TV love everything else ❤❤ How much is this model?
Soy de la Rep.Dom y algun dia llegare a sus oficinas y hare mi sueño realidad,de solo ver la calidad y calidez de estas casas te da la idea q son fabricadas con cariño.
I love the bedroom on the main floor. Here’s how I would customize it: A. Make it TALLER. Add transom windows near the top of the ceiling on the high side. B. Glass-front upper cabinets except for over fridge, washer/dryer, and pantry. C. Get rid of the tiny table and I’d put my own 48” walnut table with chairs. D. Ditch the fireplace and upper mount tv as I’d put my custom made tv stand and 43” tv on it. E. Under mount sink of my choice in bathroom, and black shower door with tiled shower, no one-piece. Nice storage in bathroom. F. TALL or taller windows that you put in your other homes. G. Ability to fit a queen-size bed with small end tables on either side. I’d never want my bed against a wall as it’s hard to change the sheets. H. Safety bars in bathroom, black if possible. You know what else would be nice? If it’s taller, make a little loft over bathroom for a little storage, and where would I put my vacuum cleaner that has to be mounted on a wall? Maybe the cabinet across from the shower could be a little wider to accommodate vacuum and a telescoping ladder to get up to loft. That’s how I would customize. If nothing else, make it taller with taller windows and/or transom windows near high side ceiling. Is all this possible? I guess it would be a custom build then, huh? Do you have any other designs that have a main floor bedroom? Also, most tiny houses don’t need a full size range, though it’s nice; a smaller range would work. Also, can I have a custom color on cabinets?
Love your homes❤! I'd love a jacuzzi soaker combo/shower. A Walk in closet is a must and Love the fireplaces!! I like a breakfast bar. I like my appliances, electric instead of gas. Love that there is no loft or ladders!!
This is a very nice tiny house. I could see myself living in one similar to it. The kitchen feels very spacious being a galley style kitchen. The bathroom is large and has two linen cabinets so, I would use the one on the shower side for a pantry and storage for food. How are these tiny houses secured? Are they bolted to a foundation? Are they placed on blocks and strapped down? The exterior picture shows wheels and a hitch tongue with the trailer on blocks. How exactly are they secured and is that a part of the price? So far, this one is my favorite.
Could have skipped the window over the fireplace and put the TV over there. Nice appliances in the kitchen and love the cabinets. Bathroom is amazing. Bedroom is too small for a queen size bed, would have liked to see the closet space. It is a nice home overall. I wish pricing was included. I clicked on the link and still could not find pricing info on this model. Very disappointed.
I love this particular model like I said I am actively saving up so when I come to you guys when I'm ready to have it built I want to have the cash in hand so I'm ready to rock when the time comes are there other options than stainless steel I kind of get irked by stainless steel because it makes me feel like it's Hospital like sterile and that kind of weirds me out also I'm someone who has two cats and they miss blinds up are there other options for window treatments or can we have the windows tinted so people can't see in but we can see out of them and I think I caught you did another video on this particular model you said yes you do the the ADA compliance he'd like grab bars and such in the bathroom and shower but I love this model this is why I think I'm going to pick you guys cuz this is the first time that I've seen a tiny home that's not too cramped because that's the one thing that I have an issue with it doesn't seem like it's going to be a room for someone who's going to need things like a walker or a power chair eventually but this one feels like it's made to be lived in regardless I can still stay in the home and maybe have helped come in which has been a concern for me thank you very much and like I said I'll be seeing you guys in the future
We are excited for the day we get to build your home! Yes we can change the appliance and the window treatments. We haven't tinted the windows before but that shouldn't be a problem either. The grab bars are an easy addition as well! We look forward to hearing from you!
@@Tinymountainhouses as soon as I save up enough for the project you will the reason why I'm interested to see if the windows can be tinted is because I have cats I have two and they tend to tear up curtains and tear up blinds and that's going to be a very expensive thing to keep on replacing besides I'd like to be able to see out all my windows and I figure if they're tinted to the point where I can see out but no one can see in that would solve both problems but yes I also look forward to speaking with you guys soon trust me we will be talking
Great looking tiny house! If space allows, I would use a smaller second linen cabinet in the bathroom, turn the shower on the same wall, and a two-sink vanity. I'd love to see a kitchen with open shelving so that the space doesn't look so closed in and dark.
No big windows for safety reasons anywhere , breakins. Dont arbitrarily add permanent fixtures, like the built in skinny table, let owners choose to use the space how they want. Loose those BIG windows in bedroom, put in hopper windows Ive seen them that has a long pole allowing to open & close for air flow nothing scarier than someone breaking into those easy big windows, thus allowing for more wall space room for adding a wall closet & whatever else. Ever thought about adding a round corner tub shower unit, would save even more space & looking less blocked off
Very Nice. YES! full-size appliances. But, I would rather see a little smaller kitchen window so a matching 'floating' shelf could be put above the sink. Also, it would be great if the cabinets above fridge and washer/dryer could be bumped out a bit more to be flush with the appliances, and therefore more usable. And I would like to see the TV go above the fireplace and have a long tall window on each side of the fireplace. Also, a table that drops down and allows for 2 to sit on each side would be nice. And why not mount the mini split unit above the bedroom door or the entry door so that the walls can be decorated with floating shelves or artwork instead of the mini split being one of the first things you see when you enter...it's an eyesore and shouldn't be a focal point? In the bedroom, it might be nice to have a window on each side so the bed can be turned and allow a small walkway on each side of the bed. It would mean no closet there, but you could do built-in end stands/closet on each side of the bed with another 'floating' shelf above the bed for decor. And personally, I would reconfigure the bathroom so the shower could be deeper.
Washer/dryer should be in the bathroom to cut down the noise level right in the middle of the house! Bedroom is TIGHT! Who wants to sleep on the side abutting the wall??? Poorly designed bathroom; you could have fit the washer/dryer in there!
I love how detailed you are. We definitely need more of that when we were viewing these videos

Great execution of the final product. So different and unique from any of the other ones available on the market. Well done

Such a beautiful home! I love the one level! 💕
Looks like very good quality. I just love your homes. ❤
This is incredible. The best part is that each area feels like it's own area, nothing feels crammed or like a giant box.

This tiny house is 14’ tall? It seems shorter, but perhaps the windows are bigger than I thought.

Great single story as I can’t climb stairs.

Fantastic, tiny house! The only thing that I would do differently is put a window above the shower! Other than that perfect❤

Your houses are very nice but one thing I would like to see is a coat storage closet. Lacking in most tiny houses.

Is this on a trailer base?
Yes the home comes on wheels and stays on wheels.

You made the bathroom at one end and bedroom at the other? No handicaps person would want it! And who wants to eat facing a wall? R value?
Be nice, you might not like it but someone’s else might.

This is Not tiny. It's a trailer home or mobile home. It's misleading calling your mobile homes "tiny"
It’s a tiny home. Not a mobile home. Tiny homes are on wheels btw.
No thanks. Obviously more female or elderly input. Looks like a mobile
No home!
