Totally agree, these tours show just how capable and comfortable a tiny home can be, ITH this is the best way to market a product, show it being decorated and lived in, sometimes its hard to visualize just how a tiny space can truly be accomodating with just the empty shell.
When I first saw this model, I thought to myself this is too small. But after watching this video, this is perfect! The way she decorated It gives me so many ideas. I love this !!!! I just wish I had the money for it. I’ll pray for it.🙏🙏
WOW....This woman has a GIFT! As much as I loved this floorplan when you guys first came out with it, I could NEVER have envisioned what she has done with it! Everything a single person could need, but with so many beautiful details, and at such comfortable proportions...not a crowded feel at all. A+ Beverly!!!

As an interior designer, Beverly's home was exceptional and beautifully designed. Every design element was done with balance and perfection. Black ceilings create an illusion of infinity which was perfect for this home. I especially loved opening the front door into her living room and not into her kitchen. It was inviting from the start when entering the home. I'd highly recommend hiring Beverly to help in creating small touches and ideas for your models which can make a big impact on the aesthetics. This was the most impressive video you've done, which gave your model and company a big standout for tiny home living! What a treat to have seen Beverly's beautiful tiny home. ♡

This home is great, a year ago I moved from a senior citizen community where it was truly social but living in an individual home in a small town, there isn’t any socialization at all. No community meetings, my back yard is fenced so I see no one. Just now I have decided to start going to the senior meals at this one place in town, getting more involved in church because of feeling isolated. Thanks for sharing what I would love to have there in your community but can’t. Thanks again. Your place is beautiful.

This s one of the most clever uses of space I have seen in a tiny house. Not only functional but absolutely beautiful!! So beautifully put together and decorated.
This one has the best layout. The bathroom next to the bed with an angled wall. That made her whole sitting area look bigger. This one was one of the best inside and out.
Living close, like in the grove, you must have good and considerate neighbors. When you have that, you have a community where people look out for one another. I really love what y'all are doing on your 34 acres. This is just so awesome. This home is just a beautiful place. It's very inviting and I love what this lady has done.
This tiny home is stunning. The creativity and craftsmanship that the carpenter and home owner put into it is amazing. It definitely looks beautiful and comfortable. We love the panels, the lamps, the two long closets on each side of the bath, and the extra storage space above the bed. Very good use of space and plenty of extra storage all around. Wow! I REALLY like Beverly's home. She did a great job adding to what the Incredible home builders did. I like that she has more of a designated living room area and a bedroom area without having walls to divide the space. The room divider between the living area and kitchen makes it look more like a separate kitchen. The corrugated metal in the bathroom really adds to the decor. I think I could live in a tiny home if it looked like Beverly's!
Wow! I LOVE her home! The white flower boxes and porch planters look beautiful. Perfect “catio” on the front porch-purrfect. She’s got “the gift” in spades. ❤ I adore how the community has come together. It reminds me of my neighborhood when I was growing up. Everyone hung out, had barbecues, us kids all ran in large groups, no one locked their doors, parents watched everyone and kept us in line. People helping people. I didn’t think that existed anymore. You guys have shown it’s not only possible, it’s happening. What an accomplishment.

I often watch video's of your various tiny home models and imagine how i'd decorate them (i do have a favorite, one i'd get if i ever am in a position to do so) but i have never even dreamed something this beautiful for this model. Just stunning, she did a fabulous job and it made me look at this particular model in an entirely different light.
For someone like me this community would be good. I can’t do a lot of lawn maintenance. But with planters like she did I could still have plant beauty around me. I love how she finished this out. I can see myself living here. Hope to see more decorated homes.
"People just love, it." Yes and I'm on of them, lol! Especially this one, honestly I loved everything square inch, including the outside. This one is just way beyond expectations. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, absolutely beautiful results! We need more of these home tour's because they are incredibly insightful, so many great idea's gleaned by coming along with y'all. Honestly, I'd move in EXACTLY how it is. Thank's for sharing your home with us, it was just lovely. I loved the natural elements mixed with the dark ceiling. You know, come to think of it, I've actually seen some amazing black tiles for the ceiling which would look wonderful as well. I have to mention that cool little porch. Having a cat myself (who is terrified in the wild and would not survive out there) I think this was a simple, easy solution. I'd just carry the wire all the way up, making it an enclosed "catio" that also keeps my cat safe, predators out, and the bug's at bay. Well Randy and Amanda keep them coming, because your right, this movement is something that is very "special." You aren't just building houses, your building homes and communities to go with it. I absolutely have fallen in love with what you are selling❣️❣️❣️ I'm a California girl, but I've always loved it out there because I have family out in Tennessee and now, because of your channel and the modest homes you build, y'all have me researching everything out there, lol, yes I think I'm obsessed now, because I would just love to be in one of your little communities too 😁 I've got to thank you for starting Incredible Tiny Homes, you've opened up the door for "everyone" to be able to become homeowners. They can't go anywhere but ITH property, due to the 12' width and DOT regulations. Wide load permits, & escort cars that would be required to deliver it just a short distance would cost a lot.

I wish I could be a part of it, honestly!! My husband would never even think of living in a tiny home!! For him, the bigger the house (and basement or garage) the more “stuff” he can fill it with!! I’m constantly going through my stuff, and donating it to one of our local thrift stores. I want less and less, except for the few things I love….. Thank you for this video. This tiny home is stunning. The creativity and craftsmanship that the carpenter and home owner put into it is amazing. It definitely looks beautiful and comfortable. We love the panels, the lamps, the two long closets on each side of the bath, and the extra storage space above the bed. Very good use of space and plenty of extra storage all around. We really love the way this house looks. Congratulations to incredible tiny homes, the owner, and her carpenter. ❤

Wow! I REALLY like Beverly's home. She did a great job adding to what the Incredible home builders did. I like that she has more of a designated living room area and a bedroom area without having walls to divide the space. The room divider between the living area and kitchen makes it look more like a separate kitchen. The corrugated metal in the bathroom really adds to the decor. I think I could live in a tiny home if it looked like Beverly's!

Wow! I LOVE her home! The white flower boxes and porch planters look beautiful. Perfect “catio” on the front porch-purrfect. She’s got “the gift” in spades. ❤ I adore how the community has come together. It reminds me of my neighborhood when I was growing up. Everyone hung out, had barbecues, us kids all ran in large groups, no one locked their doors, parents watched everyone and kept us in line. People helping people. I didn’t think that existed anymore. You guys have shown it’s not only possible, it’s happening. What an accomplishment.

What a beautiful home! I often watch video's of your various tiny home models and imagine how i'd decorate them (i do have a favorite, one i'd get if i ever am in a position to do so) but i have never even dreamed something this beautiful for this model. Just stunning, she did a fabulous job and it made me look at this particular model in an entirely different light.
For someone like me this community would be good. I can’t do a lot of lawn maintenance. But with planters like she did I could still have plant beauty around me. I love how she finished this out. I can see myself living here. Hope to see more decorated homes.

You know, come to think of it, I've actually seen some amazing black tiles for the ceiling which would look wonderful as well.
I have to mention that cool little porch.
Having a cat myself (who is terrified in the wild and would not survive out there) I think this was a simple, easy solution. I'd just carry the wire all the way up, making it an enclosed "catio" that also keeps my cat safe, predators out, and the bug's at bay.
Well Randy and Amanda keep them coming, because your right, this movement is something that is very "special." You aren't just building houses, your building homes and communities to go with it.

I always liked the 20 x 12 layout but not sure why they don’t build them anymore.
They can't go anywhere but ITH property, due to the 12' width and DOT regulations. Wide load permits, & escort cars that would be required to deliver it just a short distance would cost a lot.

THIS is So AWESOME!!! I Love It!! Each tiny home owner has their own likes and dislikes, their own interests, ideas, creativity!! Y’all, this community is So Special!! I wish I could be a part of it, honestly!! My husband would never even think of living in a tiny home!! For him, the bigger the house (and basement or garage) the more “stuff” he can fill it with!! I’m constantly going through my stuff, and donating it to one of our local thrift stores. I want less and less, except for the few things I love….. Thank you for this video. It’s heartwarming and encouraging to people that this tiny home life CAN BE DONE!! ❤️❤️❤️
