I'd hire Rob to build a built-in storage sofa on the front of that Murphy bed, so when it's closed up, you get that beautiful view to look at! He can build the sofa platform at the right height for the bed to open, and then use 3 cushions... 2 nice thick foam seat cushions that can store away under the sofa, and one long wedge shape foam back rest, that can be removed and set to the side before the bed comes down. Beautiful 2 bed home!

Thank you Randy! I sent Three messages asking for at least the wiring for a MiniSplit and plumbing for a bathroom sink. (Which I included that I would gladly pay for) I personally don’t know how to do work like this and I don’t have anyone that will help me. I’m feeling so much relief now that I Don’t have to worry about heating and cooling this beautiful tiny home. Also, to have a sink in the bathroom is Everything to me. I definitely want a tankless water heater in the bathroom! This will be a complete tiny home with everything you need to live comfortably. I can do trim work, buy shelves and paint. i actually bought one of those sinks last weekend for my Incred-I-Box. I also bought an all in one window AC/Heater unit the same day which both are non-refundable.

I got sick in Feb 2020 before all of us knew of covid or testing. I was pretty bad for weeks. But am fine this year. I wanted to tell Randy about people wanting a sink in the tiny bathrooms. I saw this a few years ago on line it was a sink connected to the top of the tank of the toilet. Very nice in my humble opinion. I tried to find it. I found a couple similar on Amazon. Hello Randy, I have a subscriber since November 2022. I love all your videos and designs. I enjoyed your glimpse into your 8x16. I first watched a woman who built her own 7.5x11 tiny. She had a sleeping loft back in 2015. I always wished for a larger tiny (10x 28+) but seeing yours, it is definitely livable for one person. Thanks again for everything you do.
Randy There is a combination toliet with a sink on the top over the top of the tank. It works very well. It does not take up any more space. You can use that unit in the I crediabox.

I love watching your videos. Wow you are making a difference in people's lives. I would love to have one from PA, but I am disabled. I lost my foot and ankle with a horrible accident. Now 55 yrs old, and need to move out of my soon to be ex bf home. I would feel lucky to be able to have a Tiny Home in Kansas where I would like to move.

Hello Randy, I have a subscriber since November 2022. I love all your videos and designs. I enjoyed your glimpse into your 8x16. I first watched a woman who built her own 7.5x11 tiny. She had a sleeping loft back in 2015. I always wished for a larger tiny (10x 28+) but seeing yours, it is definitely livable for one person. Thanks again for everything you do.

There is a combination toliet with a sink on the top over the top of the tank. It works very well. It does not take up any more space. You can use that unit in the I crediabox.
