Amish craftsmanship is beautiful. Having said that, you can build that house for 15 k.
The Amish always do excellent work! They are very honest and don't cut corners! They repaired a friend's roof! I would hire Amish people to do any kind of repairs!
Those young men have got some serious talent. Whoever gets that house is getting a real deal. Thanks for showing it off.
The Amish do excellent work! They rebuilt a barn for some horse owners I knew! The barn was first built in 1846! Good German- Swiss engineering! 🇩🇪🇨🇭🇺🇲
Just avert your eyes to how they treat animals ..
BEAUTIFUL HOUSE ! The Amish do Quality Work. I have seen Amish furniture before, they do Beautiful work. :)
That 10 X 20 is wonderful, and the workmanship is outstanding!
I absolutely agree. These are such beautiful and well-built homes. I cannot wait to get where I can afford my little dream home from here.
I love the Amish, I remember in Pennsylvania years ago a tornado (I almost wrote hurricane) went through a large area. In the Amish area, they rebuilt their community in about 6 weeks, maybe less. I hope you had some time to take Ace to the mountain where he loves to run and is always looking back to make sure he is going to your next road.
Those young men did a fantastic job on that home. It's beautiful!!!
I would get a picture with those young men who built the beautiful house. I even playing Lotto to get quick $$ to buy mine!!
This guy is a con artist fake people bs prices
What a beautiful home. Love the layout of the bathroom. The amish do incredible work. I wish I had somewhere to place it. You are correct Randy you will not find the same quality for a lower price that you charge. Keep up the good work.
Good job Amish ITH
Actually, why don't you take a peek at how they treat their animals? You should see what horrible humans they are. Also, how they treat their women.
I totally understand the quality the Amish pour into your homes... a PA company with Amish builders built my she shed and the quality is the same. I love what you are doing Randy and enjoy watching every one of your and Amanda's lives ❤️ 😊 ♥️
I love the sunburst house!! So beautiful. It looks like a happy place!
It would be cool for someone to have a house next to the sunburst that's painted a darker blue, maybe an ocean blue, and have a moon and stars painted on it.
It is a German thing! Take your time! My dad wasn't Amish but he was a German - American engineer! Precision is a German trait! Nothing but the very best work will do for Germans! 🥰🇩🇪🇨🇭🇺🇲
Glad to see Randy and his crew as well as all the success they are having with their homes and communities.
Randy you are so sweet how you give your hand to Amanda to help her up in the houses!!!
Amazing work on this home! Very talented builders....The wood is beautiful!! 💗💗💗
It’s absolutely beautiful!! Also, Randy, I have watched you and Amanda and I would like to say two things. 1. I see how much of a gentleman you are Randy, as you always give her your hand to help her up or down from the homes or whenever needed. And 2. I think you should have a workshop for the high schoolers to learn a trade and hopefully be a role model and teach these boys, or girls, your good attitude towards life and work ethics. Thank you Randy and Amanda and Incredible Tiny Homes for your entertainment and ideas for my future tiny home. You guys are awesome!!!
I agree, I love their personalities! They remind me of Matts RV Reviews, how kind he is to his wife Andrea. It's such a pleasure to watch All of you! Thinking about an Incredible Tiny House made by those smart young men, and an RV from Matt. This way I could afford both, instead of purchasing a typical, costly home, and not being able to travel! THANKS. ♥️
I don't usually read anything negative most people are really kind I wish I had the money to invest in your future as well as my own future in advance some of us don't have that privilege or luxury but I would love to live on the mountain in an incredible tiny house someday hopefully I don't die before my dream comes true I can understand people not want it to help with the inner structure because they will not own their own land there is upside to that and downside to that but I just don't see the downside to it you don't have to pay taxes but Randy Jones does and he has to pay his work for us for building your beautiful lot God bless everyone
@@stellabrown5034 Yes! Change that from The Mountain to The Forest and I'm right there with you! I'm ready to not deal with homeownership!
Watching all your videos makes me want to buy a tiny and move to one of your communities in Tennessee!! You two make the videos so fun to watch!
The Amish people are talented. Love this. 🤍🇬🇧🤍
What a beautiful home and quality work. I don’t think I have ever seen Randy wearing tennis shoes. You guys are doing a wonderful job for people that can’t afford the competitors prices. My father bought a park model 4 years ago to live in on our property and the price then was ridiculous. The quality of it is just like a mobile home. Poor quality compared to what you are doing. Thank you for what you are doing.
Thank you Randy and Amanda! You are such a breath of fresh air. God bless you and keep you. God willing, I would like to do something like what you’re doing, in South Africa, to help people who need homes and communities. You are an inspiration! Keep up the good work and book yourselves a day at the spa sometime- you guys need to take some time out every now and then.
Thank you all for being who you are and for making such beautiful homes for the best prices and quality workmanship.
I've been following you from the back yard... It's such a fresh feeling to see someone who cares about other people and they're predicaments !!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks again.!.!.! God speed
Selling our 2 incred-I-Box (10% off @18k each!!) - the owner of Incredible Tiny Home will draw a new contract for the new buyer and they can take my place on the build list to get the home quicker! The 2 incred-I-Box were ordered last Dec (contracts signed and payment of $40k paid in full), current ETA for delivery is between Aug to Dec this year. Unexpectedly we found out that we are going to have a baby coming and hence we urgently need more cash flow for a house. Again: this is not a resell, but a direct buy from ITH with quick order & quick built time :)
That would be great jump ahead in the line? What number are you in the list?
Hi @@cherricrittenden894, I just emailed Amber asking my number, will reply here once I heard back from her. Are you interested? Just to make sure, the new buyer is still buying from and signing contract with ITH, but get the built quicker :)

I admire the precision of the work, I see the quality of the manufacturing and I dream of smelling the scent of the wood of your incredible tiny homes !!!
Beautiful beautiful home!!! And what an awesome price!!! I'd so love to buy this home!!!
What a beautiful home. Job well done by these young Amish men.
LOVE THE KITCHEN, BATHROOM WITH THE SINK & WALL ACCENT, AND THE LONG LIVING ROOM. GREAT DESIGN. GREAT TOUR OF THIS HOUSE.
They did a great job on the woodwork. Really beautiful.
These houses are so neat. I also like the gray house with the metal on top, and the board & baton on the lower half. The double doors.
The bathroom “cubby” would be a nice spot for a washer/dryer.
Can you answer a question? I like the idea of a tiny home. Has anyone ever built a wheelchair/handicap adapted tiny home? Even if I had to buy two and stick them together like a double wide, there HAS to be a way to solve this dream home for me! Thank you.
Beautiful home! Lovely craftsmanship. I love all the natural wood. My thoughts: 1) Add a drain pan under the water heater...stuff happens, 2) some sort of rail in the loft to keep kids, animals, stuff from failing/rolling off the front edge, 3) run the gutter a little further past the door. It looks like the gutter will dump right onto the porch light. Great deal. Nice house. 😀
Wow! Randy and Amanda, those boys are so incredible and this tiny house is so beautiful and so well built. I love your videos and the humor you both have , I am always laughing right along with you both. I would love to have one of those on my property to have a little cottage for visitors when they come to visit. I live in a home that is only 1200 square feet and I love that. Thanks both of you for another great video that I really had a lot of fun watching. I hope that you have a great weekend, sending love and hugs, bye for now.

RANDY you are a handsome, and well put together man. You're muscles and personality are bigger than life. Aside from all that you're a good, moral, tenacious and fun to watch! No shame in all that. Besides we all see you as normal height. Be proud, you're the kinda guy that so honest and you believe in you're passion.
Have you ever watched the Amish build or deconstruct a barn! They all work together! In harmony! Many hands make the work light! Amish saying!🥰🇩🇪🇨🇭🇺🇲
This would be a good example to show your trainees! Its outstanding!
Volunteer tour guides show how much support u guys have! Awesome!
Just God Love yas. Manda I just love 💘 love your personality 💕 and seeing Randy genuinely talking about how proud he is with ITH Homes & Business just all of it. The skies are truly beautiful there!
This was the most Southern tiny home tour I've ever seen. I loved it!
Beautiful homes great details love where hot water heater is.Happy weekend.Randy& Amanda you to ACE.TeddyBear Knoxville Tennessee.
Thanks for zooming in on my tiny house Amanda! She looks so pretty. I love the deck. Sorry I'm always photo-bombing your videos. Hehe.

Im loving this home. Randy always comes through with the great homes and pricing.
This is a great house! The craftsmanship! Wow!!! 🤩
You guys are funny!!! Love this home bc it has a sink in the bathroom. Love what you are doing Randy
Randy, your dad was a character 😂
I live in Utah & want to stay here, sooooo…..will you consider building a community out here like you have out there? I’m getting ready to retire & I made a floor plan for what I would like for my tiny house & wow, I love your show & love your whole concept!
Why not use on demand water heater, Like most tiny homes to save on space?
Oh geez, another gorgeous home!! Love it and I could see myself living in something like this. I'd want the main door flipped so it opens towards the stairs though. Beautiful work!
That's craftsmanship excellent carpentry excellent work
You can not go wrong working with the Amish ever.... right .... looks fabulous ....
One of the few tiny home builders who have any significant inventory. Might have to pay a visit.
Beautiful. That home is spacious. Love it!
The first thing I want to do is see all the design overall. It takes forever for you guys to get there! Details AFTER the overview, I say, cuz if I don't like how it looks aesthetically, I don't care about the rest (including all the outside).
Occasionally, a tiny house delivery driver will overnight in my neighborhood. When he was transporting an 8.5' x 20' house from an Oregon builder, I heard him say that the house cost $80K. All of the wood was unfinished and that was about two years ago. That shows how reasonable that ITH tiny homes are priced.
Is there a place for a washer. And dryer?
@@shirleyjones6081 The Amish-built house was intended to be a nightly rental, so it does not have laundry hookups.
Beautiful! Let's see a two bedroom tiny home
Another fabulous deal @ITH!!! Keep it up guys. It is all coming together. God Bless you both.
This is a beautiful home, but the only thing is... With the panel box being there on same wall as the shower, isn't that taking a chance of the panel being exposed to water and moisture and may ruin the panel box? 🤔
Hey ya'll..how are u? Haven't been on in a hot min. Miss seeing ur faces.. and gettin my dose of laughs.. and of course singin ole time songs always helps 😁 gotta love the Amish.. they are such amazing builders.. the house looks great! I can see the meticulously done trim wk.. awesome job for such young men! 🤩 and the xtra little touches with the heart shape in the bath and accent wall behind the sink looks nice.. and the water heater tucked away.. everything is flowing and lookin good there.😍 (and you said ur son was in Castlerock Randy.. I live about 10 min away from there.. 😊 ) gotta catch up on my videos.. just ain't enough time in the day to watch all my fav people.. I hope you both are well.. have a great night..🥰
I’m excited for you guys!
Great home. Thanks for sharing.

Such a beautiful home Randy and Amanda the Honest boys have done a good job
The Amish always add A little extra... Good job!!!
Beautiful home excellent job. Xx
Nice home. Love the woodwork.
The reason that the houses sell so fast is because the cost of regular houses are outrageous. I live in Massachusetts. A small ranch house near me, on only about a quarter of an acre with a $6,000 plus tax bill is currently for sale, priced at $718,000. It's only a 5/6 room house with an additional room in the basement! It's absolutely crazy! This is inflation pricing, but even before that it still would have been around $500,000 for a place not much bigger or the same size as a two bedroom apartment! I live within a mile of this house in a mobile home park, which is unusual for Massachusetts. It's a bit like what Randy is doing. We own or rent our trailers from the owner and pay a monthly rental fee for the lot. Our fee includes road maintenance, snow plowing, water/sewer and trash. Our lot rent goes up a little every year. Right now it is $821. When I first moved here in 2006, the lot rent was $506, so the increase isn't too bad.
I have a three bedroom/800 sqft trailer, a decent yard, and a good sized shed. The people buying that house, at the most are getting 1200 sqft, including the basement, and they will pay thousands a month for that right down the street from me! How dumb is that?! Lol To secure a mortgage for that house would require at least a $200,000 a year income! Talk about house poor! Living in a mobile home park has been pretty good. The neighbors are friendly and we wave and say hi as we walk or drive past each other. What Randy is doing seems to be generating a similiar atmosphere. I'd take that any day over an expensive house! I wish we had tiny home parks or could put them on land here. My 21 year old can't afford an apartment even though he works 40 hours a week! A one bedroom apartment here is a minimum of $1800 plus utilities. With his take home pay, my son is lucky to have $1600 monthly. It's very depressing for young people now. Tiny houses could help both them and our environment.
@@Kiki-wi7px Thanks! By the way, I live where I do while earning $25,000-$30,000 a year! Sure I'm not rich, but we need to change our definition of "rich" in this country! Almost half of the workers in this country only earn minimum wage or a little better and work 2 part time jobs like me. I'm a single mother, with an ex who has had very little involvement with his kids and a times like now, doesn't even pay his extremely low child support. I've taught my kids to live within their means. We pay our bills first, only use credit cards to build credit by paying them in full monthly (except in an extreme circumstance), don't take big vacations, and do little extras, like ordering pizza or going to the movies as "treats". I think we're much happier than those who try to "keep up with the Jones" and will live much longer than those who work 60-100 hours a week just to get a bunch of "stuff" that they don't have time to enjoy! I mean at some point it is all just stuff! Amen! Right back at ya!
Beautiful work! I do miss the w/d, but wow!
I love your homes and you both have such great humor!
Very beautiful job
OH MY GOSH...I LOVE THIS HOUSE..I live 10 miles north of Hickory NC...out in the country...this house would fit perfect it is country looking...and so BEAUTIFUL I love the way it is built inside so AWESOME..Lord I wish I could afford it..maybe in the future...please keep making these Beautiful houses...your guys are amazing..GOD BLESS
I'll take it! Wow. Excellent craftsmanship.
Love u guys! U work hard and have alot of fun! That's the way to do it!
Randy - I love all the great work you do at ITH, and especially love the community of homes you have built.
The one thing that I think needs help in the tiny house movement, though, is the restrictions placed by each state on where they are allowed to be parked.
Every state should allow them to be put on one’s own land - but they are not (or not without going through a lot of hoops). Some states are more inviting than others, which is just not right. It’s a HOME - not an RV.
Anyone interested in living tiny should work within their county and state to remedy this issue if they can.
Is there any national organization that has been formed to work on this issue? I just learned of the Tiny House Alliance, but am not sure if they help with this.
Keep doing the wonderful work you do Randy! This could solve so many issues for people and this country.
