One thing I've noticed about your videos, when you go inside one of the homes, it doesn't matter how much construction noise is going on outside, on the inside it's VERY quiet! Nice! I'm so impressed with ALL of them. I need one here in SC. Soon 🤞🤞
This is a nice floor plan for one of your models. Love that you have that room for your bathroom, closet, w/d, and whatever you want it to be. It would be great for people who want a full size appliances as well with the kitchen on the other end, and you still have room in the living room area.
This is one of the prettiest houses I have seen an incredible tiny homes the layout is exceptional. The bathroom is closed up, not right in the kitchen. I just thought this house was adorable and elegant.
He said that the part of Arizona he is going too is not tiny house friendly at all. He also said they make you buy land which is extremely overpriced. But I agree that this home should be able to go where they go but each state has RV parks where you rent the lot. I watched many tiny home videos where they do just that.

It’s very nice to see a person who has already lived in this Tiny home explaining every aspect of the functionality in a tiny house 🏠 Just looks and feels more larger then a 10x 20 The extra room downstairs is a great idea an All purpose room. Those split doors gives the room a nicer appeal sometime new is always refreshing. So many option for changes in any which you like. Randy and Randy great work you guys. Accelerated inflation, higher material costs, higher operational costs, even food costs are going up by over 3% by end of the year and continuing to increase through next year. Lots of other factors that's going to compound the problems within the next few months... So, we're in for some tough times ahead... I wouldn't wait too long to find something to weather what's coming...
Right. The appliances alone are probably 5K, then the mattress, depending on the model, can cost another 1K, plus the painting would cost probably over 1K too, although, not sure how much the paint etc. cost to buy. It all adds up fast, but they also add to it's value, and cost. Nice home overall.
The house is nice, but I see some issues with the layout. I love the stairs going up to the loft and the split barn door. Good luck in your new job! :)
I love it. Especially the colors and paint. Randy you and your wife outdid yourselves! Wow it's exactly my taste. I love a Scandinavian/Danish inspired minimalist look with light colored wood. A picky person wants to buy from someone like this. I would buy it if I could sell my home in time. I don't even have it on the market yet. In fact, I think I'm going to cry. LOL. I'll save this video and try to replicate it when I do order.

I'd love to have a home like that, but I'm in Montana and on a fixed income so could never afford it. But it's beautiful and I hope just the right buyer comes along!
Looks wonderful and 5 coats of paint on the walls four coats of Poly on the floor???? Wow! can you imagine what that would cost if you paid someone to do it? At 78K it is a steal. You should tell the lot price (lease) and maybe the rent. I guess that is 200/month to ITH.
I've been looking into these tiny homes for me here in New York State and I'd say this is probably the best design I've seen. I would do something very similar like this build if possible.

I have lived in my tiny home for 6 years and have tons of storage in my 8×28 tiny home. This tiny home has NO storage. Five coats of paint can't make up for the lack of storage. In addition moving a tiny home that is 10 feet wide will require additional permits when moving it. Anyone who considers buying this should do their homework. Can't put lipstick on a pig to change it. Buyer beware!
Love this! I live in Madison WI and looking to move in an area I can survive in the winter. If you had one like this for sale I would have bought it in a heart beat! I had a stroke 7 months after I retired so up dating is very difficult for me. Selling my home here just finishing a few things for the sale. I will like to get the Birmingham and live in the mountain or Forest. Love you guys

That’s because it is larger than a 10x20 it’s a 10x28.It is roomy though.
