I'm about to turn 65 now with two bad hips that I'm not sure when they'll be fixed, but when I was between 33 and 52 years old, I had opportunities to travel to New York, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome(twice!), Venice (twice!) and all around Italy several times. Back then I wondered if I was wise to take lesser paying jobs so that I could have the flexibility to travel with my musician husband like that, but I've never regretted it. Now I can't go much of anywhere with these bad hips, and I certainly can't walk all over like I did back then, but I'm cool with that cuz I already got to see so much. Now I am really enjoying watching the progress of Incredible Tiny Properties and all the different home designs. Thanks for including us in the progress.

I have MS and if I were to get one it will have to be downstairs living. Storage on top. I hope to get rid of most of my stuff so it's not so cluttered. Plus saying money. My husband is a gulf War veteran we never used his VA loan but I am looking into to see if they will cover your home. If so will let you know so anyone looking who are interested in another way to purchase will know you can. I am doing research on these. My MS is stable and I had it now over 22 yrs. Have other issues but for me downstairs living,washer dryer, are a must for me also somewhere I can set up my art for painting. I am an artist and painting is my release from stress. I plan to go and see the models in person one day soon keep your vision alive as I know I will have my own tiny home one-day. VA will approve an permanently affixed manufactured home. No mobile homes will be approved by VA. If Randy gets a certain plan approved via VA as manufactured and you find you own land and have it permanently affixed you can use your husband’s VA guarantee. Your best bet would be to find a stick built house that’s a fixer upper. The VA will approve that fixer upper if you need affordable housing. VA will cover repair costs for the fixer upper. Buying land etc will be a very intense process plus building a home. I am government underwriter so I am telling you headed off knowledge and experience. Use his VA guarantee don’t let it go to waste. Best regards

ITH, I have a 8x20 Incre-I-Box in the Grove and might be interested in having someone build a similar ladder. I would not need it finished or stained as I would paint the wood frames to match the baseboards. Or, even better if someone can tell me the size the lumber and length I could prime it and paint it first. Thanks.

To keep the old panels from going into the landfills, save ITH money and not have to be as concerned of the availability of the panels. U could use the old panels for the sheds u make and sell. Use the newer panels for the homes.

Tyler make sure when you build the crib that the slates are not too far apart so the little head can't get stuck. Post a picture when you get it built, oh and as my brother in law does he signs every piece of wood working he makes.
