You two crack me up. I want to say thank you to you both. I have been watching your videos for a long time now and the thank you is for being down to earth people who make my son laugh. He has PTSD from the death of his fiance and when I watch these videos, he laughs his butt off. I love to see this after what he has been through. His 9 year old son love to watch as well. He was only 2 when his momma passed away. They live with us because my son is mentally and emotionally unable to work and have his own place. So again thank you for making him laugh. God bless you both. I cannot wait to meet all if you this summer. We are planning on coming there to TN at the end if July.

I would Put a full size bed in front of picture window and replace drop table with sofa. This allows everything to be on one floor.

Was looking forward to this custome video when got notification but my time is too tight to watch again, but feel I wanted to express my opinion while it was fresh. Will rewatch it maybe tomorrow and if I misjudged then I will re-comment. First, where is the bedroom?.....didn't show the loft. I really like ITH and think Randy is great but I don't feel I got much out of this video. I've been a subscriber since first video I watched, 1 to 1 1/2 yrs ago and have given all my thoughts to having my tiny home built by no one but Randy and his crew. Have told people I know about ITH and why I like and trust them. Also, was planning on driving down to see the area, the community and meet Randy, and get a feel for how things are done....it is a big decision!! And, a good 2 days driving each way with my 2 dogs. My time to when I might be ready to have a home built is moving closer up. Anyway, at the beginning, the picture was blurry and that happened very recently on last video I watched. Then I really couldn't see what was happening cause then camera was moving too quickly and unsteadily....., alot of talking and couldn't grasp what was being said........seemed like Randy was trying to explain things but Amanda kept repeating what he had said or commenting on it while he was moving on to explaining the next item....just seemed like they never seriously got it together for this video....wanted to have a good shot of the bathroom and why toilet was raised, since Randy said BR was so big and of the entire tiny...didn't get name or comment on what kind of woodburning stove she bought and heard the word "fireplace" and was trying to see where it was and why (if there's a stove) because I was wondering if a fireplace could be put in a tiny, so was real interested......sorry to say, no thumbs up
today. I was disappointed but didn't give a thumbs down, and never did. Lol. :0(

and what my life has been like or is now.....so you can keep your advice to yourself about everything, including going tiny.
Why do you say that? Maybe because you have an attitude because you said going tiny is not an option for you, ....perhaps you are jealous or negative?? I wasn't negative in my comments but I gave my opinions, good and not so good. Why did you just pick out certain ones and label them negative rather than realistic....sounds like you are the negative and sarcastic person.
And, fyi, I've worked as an RN for 35 yrs and one needs a sense of humor for oneself as well as the patients, but when it's appropriate! I've worked in the operating room in a very we known
medical center as well as surgical
centers.....I know all about OR humor and, when it's appropriate and when it's not!!! Maybe you should go back and read the good things I said in my comments about Randy and ITH, and why I chose them .....just saying.
Randy no doubt is a superb builder. I too started watching in the beginning, loved the videos. I can't say I have viewed very many since all the constant joking and carrying on began...it is very distracting and does not come across as professional.

Looks like he's gone up alot. The only one's thats still 25k r the 2 styles going in his tiny home park. Did he say this was in the 50'sk? Very small for that price. No sink in bathroom, a ladder hum!!! Looks like he's getting on the band wagon everyone else is. I'm disappointed am about ready to buy. Oh & she was going to stain the outside.
I think some things the owners decide they want to do for themselves & they customize their houses to their liking. At least this is what I've observed so far.
Certain things have to cost extra, that's only fair if they're doing more work!
I feel his prices are still cheaper than most!
@@mizzpoetrics They r but 2yrs ago he offered any house started @$25k, now he only offers styles for that price.

I don't get how people have these bathrooms with no sink. Not hygienic at all. I wouldn't want guests using the commode then having to wash their hands in my kitchen sink. Nor having overnight guests brushing their teeth and spitting in my shower. Also wouldn't want to do those two things myself on a regular basis. 😖
