I always panic when they aren't talking and the exercise has you looking away from the screen. So many times now I've been caught out and carried on for too long with an exercise when it turns out the video is just buffering! My arms are shaking right now, love you guys and recommend you to everyone!
Hi guys, I've been doing fitness blender for 6 months now and I've lost around 10-12kg so if anyone's worried about seeing results, hang in there. Additional info: I did it 4-5 times a week, didn't really eat healthy XD still on that KFC and McDo but I feel much healthier and lost lots of fat and gained muscle too.
This is my 100% go to upper body work out video! I don't know what it is about it, but I'd love more videos similar this this one. I was in an absolute grump today when it came to doing a work out and kept stopping videos after a couple of minutes because I couldn't be bothered. I actually managed to make it through this one with very minimal grumbling

These workouts are way better than any gym workout for sure! Who wants to waste money at a gym an spend hours running on a treadmill?? These workouts target almost every muscle in our body an are way more effective . An by the way I've never been to a gym in my life hahah never felt the need to thanks to fitnessblender!!

We don't have gym memberships anymore either though, we quit them a few years ago because we grew to prefer home workouts (by a long shot). We were on vacation a couple of weeks ago and ended up using the hotel gym a few times and remembered exactly how much we don't miss it!

I like the interval workouts. This workout was hard. I couldn't get through it without taking breaks. I'll keep trying until I can do it all without having to pause the video. Thanks for sharing!
Just finished Day 2 of FB Burn Round 2. Do not underestimate this workout. I feel like I didn’t give my all during the first half of this workout but wow some of the exercises left me with zero strength to pull through, I literally collapsed during the exercises bc I couldn’t do it anymore. I don’t have much strength in my upper body and I have tense neck, which I usually can feel in my arms (which makes even simpler exercises like arm circles super hard for me)... plus I tried using my dumbbells as much as possible! I’m happy I was motivated enough to do this workout though 😊 especially since I won’t be able to workout the next two days. Workout ✅
Sweet! I have been going to the gym most days, but still use FB on the days I just want a quick home workout. This is exactly what I look for in those cases!!

After doing those arm circles I find that doing the walk down onto elbows makes my shoulders feel like jelly. Thanks guys another not too tough workout which pleased me:)

Even if you ate it it wouldnt be a wasted workout! Especially as this one focuses on strength, not cardio. Treating yourself is part of being healthy, not making it a habit is the important bit (being unhealthy in any way).

You two are awesome! Always a great work out, and really entertaining and positive 😄 One thing though, Kelli! The cobra stretch is much closer to the ground with little to no weight in the hands and the majority of the rise in your upper body comes from pushing into the ground with the tops of your feet! You're doing a seal pose, even upperward dog would have the thighs off the ground with just hands and feet touching.
Great workout after my morning jog! Would be great if the intervals were used to show what the next movement will be then, had to spend a couple of seconds watching to make sure I got the movement right! Good stuff, though👍🏾

You often say to listen to the body but I am often struggling with rest days meaning I know I should have those but it is so difficult to let go! So just wanted to know how do you know you are overtraining? There are so many tips out there but you guys have always been the most reliable and I really need to know this because I never know if it is just me being lazy or if it really is my body calling out to me! I even once had such sore muscles that I had a dream about a doctor prescribing a day of rest lol!
