Ezcore G that used to be me during some workouts. But then I started concentrating on EXACT proper form and I'm telling you: it makes ALL the difference! Perhaps try practicing form? If not, they have a lot more harder workouts, especially Daniel's "HIIT me again" or the "Advanced HIIT workout." :)
FlashemisArrow Oh I know they have harder workouts, ones that would make me cry for my mom even ;) . However I was doing the form right it just didn't burn well at all. Side note, there is a workout here I can't do even with proper form, its the side plank. My shoulders are to weak and my left arm is waaaaaaaay weaker than my right arm so I cant hold my self up to do the hard version. When I do the easy version on my knees it just doesn't burn at all, so I substitute with roman crunches. Shame, seems like the side planks are a good way to work out the obliques but I can't do it for long till my arm/shoulder gives out.
I LOVE this channel! Most DVDs and videos BARELY incorporate abs. Like you do a few abs moves and the rest is mainly legs and arms. This channel gives me a large variety of ab videos to choose from. I can rotate them, do a few a day, whatever. I can finally get real ab focus. Thank you so much!
I´ve always been scared of seeing Daniel appear alone in the videos. He is crazy! His workouts kill me and I´m not even able of doing someof the excersices, but I actually enjoyed this one! Felt really strong. Thank you very much Daniel! I´m done with the first week of #FBAbs yeih!!!
this is Pilates and really enjoyed it. I've been looking for a pilates video and this is what I am used to doing. really good to disguise it with the title of the video people are doing a great workout without thinking its lame. you get the best of both worlds.

I smashed this and that is such improvement!!! Last year when I first started my journey, I couldn't keep up with the modifications?!?!? Now, I can push through every single challenge and even add tweaks to increase the intensity. There were many who helped me along but Kelli and Daniel are absolute angels and I am eternally grateful for their dedication and support for others!

This is the first workout where I can actually feel my obliques working. Good workout it's not that difficult compared to other abs workouts. Think I've finally found a and an obliques workout which I will happily do every day
This one is really great to add on after a 30(ish) minute cardio routine to burn those abs out. I particularly like it after one of FB's kickboxing routines! Really awesome and relaxing in a weird way. Love the 50 second intervals and the variety - the flow is just right to make me keep going. It goes by faster than most of your ab routines - the 24 minute ab blasting interval feels twice as long as this one! I will never understand why people don't like mat exercises - nothing is better for me than getting to workout laying down! Haha. Thanks Daniel!

Hi Daniel, Ive been woeking out for some weeks now with help thanks to you! And ive been doing good I was doing 6 days a week 2 hours hardcore training but this week Ive felt the laziest and most out of it, Im trying but I do 45 to an hour this week and ive taken 3 rest days. Any help or advice? Also my diet has been loose . Too loose....

Just finished this! Day 10 of the FB30 program. Loved this workout so much. My favorite moves are the back bows and Russian twists. Plank reaches were so hard for me though (my balance is really bad with that one). Oh, and also, it's good to see Daniel going for a couple of second of rests with the Russian twists. That one really BURNS! I usually feel bad when I go for a rest in the middle but seeing him do it made me feel okay 😅 #WORKOUTCOMPLETE
yeah seriously those flutter kick cross toe touches....SERIOUS!! I wonder how many times I will have to do this workout until I can get through both sets without stopping once in between!!! Those hip flexors!!!

+Grace Joiner They started to hurt right off the bat? Weird. I assume you are not pulling on your neck when you do a crunch I hope. Crunches do start to hurt for me but after a while. Try and make sure before you do any ab workout to warmup your neck, get it loose with some head circles and head tilts. Gotta switch it up with something that doesn't hurt the neck as much such as the bicycle crunch. Not only is it less strain on the neck it works out the entire core. Another one would be iron-butterflys and/or toe-touch-crunches. It could also be because you are just not used to this.
Grace Joiner i asked my doctor about it. this happens bc your abs are not strong enough yet so your body compensate the weight with the neck muscles. so I always use one hand to hold my head, not holding it really, but protect my neck a little. when ur abs are strong enough, it will go away :)
Let your abs pull your body. Your neck must be the consequence of that ab movement. If you can't do that, try tightening your core and move a bit feeling the burn in your ab. Gradually, you'll have strength in your abs to pull your body. I used to have the same neck pain few years back. Gradually, my core became stronger, and now, I don't even feel anything in my neck while doing crunches-- it's all in my abs. I recommend you do a 4-week program on Nike Training Club app. It helped me a lot. I hope you find it useful as well. Besides, there are some amazing ab and core workouts devised by professional athletes like Christiano Ronaldo.

I'd consider myself more advanced, so I was drawn to the title of this, but I found it more on the advanced side only when I added weight, etc. I think the ranking system would help your audience navigate which workout to follow, help avoid injury, and ensure we are getting the workout we need for our level. :)

More then 3 weeks I am doing this routine and it realy working . But only my upper 2 abs are much more visible . Idk why .need some extra exercise for lower abs. Anyone else have the same thing? But realy good workout and it works 👍
raza farooqi Hey Raza, the lower abs are always the last to show ! You can't however 'target' body areas and lose fat there specifically. Think of body fat as being like a liquid that will reduce evenly throughout with exercise, and your muscles acting like hot plates that boil the liquid away. So if you really wanna get those lower abs to show, try adding lower body exercises that use quads, hams and glutes as these are massive surface area, that should speed things up

Not too terrible, except for the flutterkick cross things -- pretty brutal on the hip flexors and abs! But we'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Try pressing your tongue against the roof of your mouth. It's supposed to help protect your neck. Works for me during regular crunches.

This was great, not overly sore today but feeling it for sure. My obliques suffered the most with those side plank dips!
I have a bad back and managed to do this without pain. Although I had to take it easy on the stretching rotation and russian twist.

Add some cardio to burn fat and make your muscles more visible. Also make sure to drink water. That helps too. :)

For lower abs you have to take control of what you eat whatever you eat its fine but eat calories 1600-1800.
