As a beginner doing Pilates (I've been just three weeks in) this type of routine is extremely humbling, I'm used to do mostly Strength training and HIIT however Pilates is the one which I have to be extremely focus to not give up to the intense burn. Thank God Daniel is always giving instructions, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't finish half of the exercises. Daniel, you're the best!
I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 years now. It helped me get strong again after a back injury and is a great workout for days when I just wanna stay on the mat and still feel like live gotten stronger. It really is one of the best most balanced routines ever. I even do it with my mom who is nearly 70. Thanks guys!
Wow I can't express how much more efficient my workouts are when you talk the whole way through. Your guidance of posture and breathing make working out a breeze and in moments when I'm ready to give up, you always remind us to not give up. You guys are amazing trainers and I'm so grateful to be able to train with you guys at home. Keep up the teamwork and workouts like these!
My husband, who is generally not home when I workout, came in and said "Omg, Daniel is legit." The guidance on form and how best to improve sets these workouts apart from others.
I don't know what it is about your workouts but they actually make me want to continue. even if I feel like stopping mid way, I'm still motivated. I like how the voice over is done in a calm way, it helps me stay focused and makes me feel like I can actually do this :) thanks guys!

Amazing workout...used as a 'rest day' after HIIT. Your commentary was excellent, it was like you were actually in the room with me as everything you said I would be feeling was being felt!
I can't necessarily recommend it specifically to you (don't have health history, etc) but can highly recommend Pilates in general - it's great for core strength & toning.
After having knee surgery and frequent knee niggles, my PT always recommends Pilates. Kelli and Daniel are the best. My legs, hips and core are stronger and leaner and it changes your posture for the better. I love FB Pilates workouts and use various ones 4 times a week. Trying to get my husband (with back problems) hooked. I know it will work for him too. Thanks FB, you are literally lifestyle savers ❤️❤️ I would not be able to run without you. Thank you so much. I’ve severe chronic pain in my knees and was looking for something I could do to strengthen my legs. I prefer mat exercises as they more gentle on my knees. I could do all of these exercises. Loved it. The stretches were great too. Tysm

This is a sleeper. I took last week off from strength training and completed this Thursday with resistance bands when able. My quads and core are still sore. Give it a go!
I will do this every day to aim to look good in my jeans on my holiday at the end of May! Great workout - put some music on ITunes in the background and it was really effective and loved the stretch at the end. Thanks
Having a good stretch & working those legs in this way is perfect for me as my knees can be really painful doing hiit & squats. I also like the constant reminders to bring the belly button in. Thanks.

Yep, you can do any of them so long as it doesn't increase the discomfort or cramps. Sometimes exercise can even help.
