Everyone used to say I have thick hair. Turns out I actually have very thin hair just a ton of it. Makes my hair super thick looking and its hard to style and manage when it gets longer. I find my hair looks best 3 days without washing. The minute I wash it's all soft and boofy.

Exactly this is what happens to me as well. And I can't shave cus my headshape is like a weird egg. Guess I'll just look like a Blonde russian guy for the rest of my life.

Steve is 100% spot on. Yes, the Sea Salt spray and the powder works wonders. I mean really, for those of us with thin hair. this is like magic!

It's considered fine hair, not thin hair. Thin or thining means you don't have a high hair count and look like you're in the east stages of balding. If your have is thick, but the strands are small, it's considered fine hair rather than thin.

I’ve always been at the mercy of my barber when I get a hair cut. I tend to have cuts in 5-6 month intervals because I don’t know a style that’s compatible.

It's difficult to provide good style suggestions without any influence. Your face and head shape can dramatically dictate which styles look best with your face shape and head. Also pertinent is the lengths of cut you'd prefer. Fade/tapered style, short style, mid-length, or long. Providing these details can allow to choose a style that best suits your facial structure/shape and head shape.
Can you do a haircut tutorial for long fine hair with flow back . I really don't know how to explain it to my barber . Great videos btw.

God this is my pain. I got really fine hair and it is also soft, thin and flat. I can hardly find any hair style that suit my hair condition and didn't really know how to volume up my hair too.

Fine hair problems: products doesn't go well with a hair, no volume, it looks we haven't washed our hair, doesn't keep up with a hairstyle.

My hair dresser says I have fine hair but a lot of it. The rare times I dye it my hair sucks up more dye than she expects. I never really bothered learning to cut it or style it properly. I wash it and condition it every other day. I don't use anything special for shampoo or conditioner. Just sauve. Brush it out fully every morning and wear it in a ponytail most of the time. The only chief complaint I have is when freshly washed it's slippery and doesn't want to stay up. I'm fighting stray hairs all day. It's soft as satin though and shiny. I probably should learn more about how to take care of it but it's so soft.

I was always someone who preferred having short back and sides with very long hair on top. It was alot cuter when i was younger and had a fuller head of hair. Would u recommend to keep the top of my undercut long (the plan is to grown it as long as possible) or stick to medium length 😅. Ive never been this conscious of my hair before.

I would say my hair is fine with a lot of it at the moment I use hair clay everyday to style my hair. Should I wash my hair everyday to clean out the product or can I just use water by itself or should I just leave it in overnight and use dry shampoo, before styling in the morning, only washing my hair every 2 or 3 days.
General rule of thumb is if your hair doesn't feel dirty or too oily there's no need to wash it. Time frame is different for every person
I personally would wash it because the hair clay I use is pretty strong and it’ll only tangle and collect little impurities in my hair. Something I would recommend is to not always style ur hair. When u shower just hair dry ur hair and shape it the way u want it. It can’t look bad at all. And for the days u don’t use hair clay don’t shower cuz ur hair won’t collect anything in it, unless u work out and sweat, etc
I have fine, thick hair too. I dont usually leave hair product overnight, only when I was too lazy. For me, shampooing my hair everyday is okay, because I use a sulfate-free shampoo. It’s a gentle way to clean up your hair. I only use my sulfate-shampoo when I apply a coconut hair mask or doing scalp exfoliating

Same here, try using a good leave in conditioner and when styling go for the styling paste. Sometimes I also use clay but that's a bit stickyer which I don't like that much
Broo samee, so i keep the hair mid length as they get pretty difficult to care when they get long and break easily...
hairdrying to add volume like you showed on older video works well for my fine hair. The hair feels fluffy that way.
I rarely hair dry but when I do it, it really gets fluffy and nice for a while.
The bad thing is it doesn't last all the day, just a few hours

Don't shower in a very hot water, it can damage and dry up your hair. Something warm not blazing hot every day

I have fine hair at 18 but also have a widows peak like Chris hemsworth. Due to this I have been worried about my hairline but I haven’t seen any thinning and you can see my scalp so I should be good. I want to be able to grow my hair out to the point of tying it back but not really tight. I have given up on styling it atm 😂 too difficult

My hair is very fine .I keep telling my hair stylist she has to cut the section above my bangs shorter because it grows so fast.... It grows into my bangs and make my bangs too thick and too long .... of course she doesn't pay any attention to what I say... Also my hair looks flat a day or two after I wash it.... because the shampoo that has conditioner in it .... has way too much conditioner in it ,I've discovered.....It's baby fine ...

I have fine hair and a whole lot of it, I look like a mushroom after a couple months of growing, thought it was a curse but nowadays I see it as a blessing, I use no product except some very small amount of wax on the ends, mostly just combing and air dryer and the girls often ask what I do with my hair haha, remember very fine hair looks great messy or "natural" imo.

Very helpful tips . I have very fine ,thin hair . Have tried growing it out but it look terrible so now just keep it short and layer and it looks much thicker . I have white hair so that makes it look thinner also
mine is because I bleached it about 6 months ago, letting it grow super long now so I can just chop out all of that dead brittle stuff. before the dye, it was full of life and volume.
TIP: do not bleach your hair, it looks good, feels good, just makes it LIFELESS bruh.

if only you understood just how fine my hair is 😂. there is no hope for it. it's so fine if it's buzzed it sticks out because it doesn't have enough weight to weight it down, and grows straight out, rather than straight down. impossible to style even with all the puttys, powders, gel, and hair spray
