    Ingredients 材料:
    200g rice flour (粘米粉)
    50g sago flour (沙谷粉)
    120g tapioca flour (木薯粉)
    1/2 tsp salt (盐)
    350ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
    50ml water (水)
    700ml water (水)
    250g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    3 pieces pandan leaves, knotted (3片香兰叶)
    ** Every layer should be steamed till non-sticky to the touch before pouring in the next layer.
    **每层糕蒸到不黏手方可倒入另一层蒸。
    10”x8” steaming tray or 9”x 9”
