    DAILY DOZEN: LUV this new "didactic with great explanations" Dr G Daily Dozen. Kudos to the video clip. ALTHOUGH I suggest with you "complete" this 12 DAILY recommendation. With the NEW "foods" recommendations of his NEW Book "HOW NOT TO AGE"...Foods that contain: Spermedine: (the longevity vitamin): Tempeh, wheat germ, mushrooms, 7 spices "powders" adding to Turmeric. 1. Amla (Indian Gooseberries) 2. Black Cumin 3.Long Pepper (or Poppioli?). 4. Cardammon 5. Fenugreek Powder.. 6 Ginger Powder. 7. Barberry Powder. (1/2 grams of each daily. Powders are whole food without water). Creatine 3 grams daily to Elders 65+ who exercise daily and want to keep muscle mass. Imm 70 years old. And I have been of a Daily Dozen for 10 years. Since then I also become SOS+WFPB.

      Interesting, I've never heard of "G- BOMBS", but I do like the framework. It's easy to remember and simple.

    I would be very careful with non-organics, especially with the new Apeel and anything industrialized, so be aware of grains. And I think local farmers and growing your own is always safest because there’s accountability. The rest is just a label generally wrapped in plastic and that’s disgusting. I don’t buy anything in plastic anymore..

      I agree - sticking to local farmers, going to the fresh market, or growing your own vegetables is typically the best way to get the healthiest vegetables.

    Glad to hear you created a notion template. But do add mushrooms and wheat germ ( how not to age). If it weren't for the difficulties changing the software, I'm sure the daily dozen app would already include those. Thankfully changing a notion template is much easier than changing an app.

    Am subscribed and even hit the like button. Do include flaxseed. Love Cruciferous vegetables. Eat nuts and seeds daily. Don't have herbs and spices every day. Will have to try harder on that. Do drink tea several times a day.

    A problem with flaxseed for men is that it adversely affects testosterone levels.

      There is no evidence that proves this to be the truth.

      It's important to consider that while there are studies suggesting flaxseed may impact testosterone levels in men, the evidence is mixed. Some research indicates that flaxseed can influence hormonal profiles due to its phytoestrogen content, yet other studies do not find significant effects on testosterone levels

    Wheat has been hybridized & isn't good for us. It's also heavily sprayed with glyphosate, same for oats & other grains used in making cereals. Not good choices & this causes digestive problems. Having a healthy gut is vital to brain & overall good health.

    Dr greger doesn't claim healthy eating garantees mental health. It does help more than you'd think though, that's true.

    Switching from white bread to whole wheat bread doesn't have that much more fiber and isn't good for a diabetic . Grains are not good for diabetics.

    Beans are more carbs than protein. im diabetic and am not sold on vegan diet, nor carnivore diet or keto diet. there is so much BS out there.

    At the beginning of this video you claim Greger rejects berries but later it shows him highly recommending them (as he has done for the last 20 years). You need to train your AI better and frankly you should be mor familiar with the your content before developing videos for public consumption.
