To be truly successful wean yourself from bread or cake or any grain like substitute. You don’t need them. It only feeds your nostalgia for the “good old days” when grains poisoned your body and the practice increases your chances for failure. Go cold turkey for 6 months and enjoy the freedom of the shackles that come off. 3 years later I’m not even interested. I just cook the pizza topping in a casserole dish once every 6 months or so, who needs crust?

I just stick the can the freezer as is, it does not completely solidify, so you can easily scoop ot out & no extra waste

I have a can of tomato paste that will expire in about like 30 days I don't know. But the fact that I have it and it's just kind of sitting in my little trinket drawer is kind of funny to me. I thought it was funny because it was tomato paste.

Ok I followed your recipe to the T but the goddamn thing stuck to the parchment paper you might want to redo this and say to spray it with avocado oil or some other kind of spray oil. I am 100% Italian. I’m a fabulous cook and I own a cookie business for 30 years. I know what I’m doing so please incorporate the spray, thank you
