Baked Shrimp Dip | Quick Party Appetizer

Ingredients:
6 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
2 cups cooked shrimp
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp curry powder
3-4 green onions, chopped
Directions:
Chop shrimp and mix together all ingredients in a large bowl reserving the green portion of the green onions for later. Spread the dip into a baking dish in an even layer and top with additional cheese.
Bake at 375F for 30 min until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling. Sprinkle with reserved green onion and serve with crackers, sliced baguette or tortilla chips.
