Trying the “UNREAL” British Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes, I used gold potatoes
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4-1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into large bite-sized pieces. Add potatoes to a pot and cover with cold water. Salt the water and bring to a boil. Boil for about 10 min or until fork tender.
While potatoes are boiling preheat the oven to 400F. For the last few minutes of preheating place your roasting pan in the oven with the butter to heat the pan and melt the butter.
Drain potatoes and toss them around in the pot to create a “fluffy” texture on the outside. Don’t do this for too long, you still want the potato pieces to be in tact. Add your seasonings, except the fresh garlic, to the pot and toss to coat.
Add the olive oil to your hot roasting pan and carefully add in the potatoes so you don’t splash the oil. Don’t toss the potatoes yes but spread them around in the pan so that each piece is making contact with the bottom of the pan.
Roast them in the oven for 1 hour tossing every 20 min. At the last toss at 40 min add in the minced garlic.

Yes it’s pink salt but you can use regular sea salt
Looks amazing, but don't burn yourself! I'm sure they'll be just as crispy after they cool down a bit more!
