Manual states there is no adjustment for the X10 handle

Just got yourself another sub! I worked at a major Raymond Dealer for almost 10 years, out on my own now. Been doing a lot of different things since I quit Raymond, have had a forklift repair business for almost a year, but I am about to really put all my focus on that!

Why dont you use brake clean to mitigate all that asbestos dust. You just thats a bad practice your learned with the blower and dust amd no mask. Gotta look after your health my guy. Your young now but all that catches up to you

Recently took a job with Crown, ive been in the automotive industry for over 10 years. L1 master tech ase certified. Its the same nuts and bolts, but im still learning each day. Your videos have helped me get an idea of what to expect. Im very comfortable with automotive 12v diagnostics so im not too worried about that aspect, but man some of these forklift parts are heavy, and not gonna lie working on the ground kinda sucks! Thanks for the great videos, man that truck looks like a sweet setup!

Save yourself some time by pre stripping cable, pop some heat shrink on before connectors are added, stock the harness so it can be installed on next maintainance pm.add a rubber baind about 5 inches down on install for harness tension to prevent future issues Excellent work, GREAT thought process concerning customer. We have a Toyota that I have had to do that repair to 2x in probably 10 years. Do you like those low heat solder connections? I just started using them and really like them so far I just need to get more sizes.

Comon hiccup on the entry beams. Paper towel of air clean always helps, also the sunlight messes with it.

Is it worth it getting into forklifts? How much do y’all make yearly? I want to leave construction and small engine repairs. I don’t want to go back to automotive.

Hey man don’t know if you’ll see this but I use a crown at my warehouse and the forks won’t go up unless I have the handle turned all the way to the right and even then it won’t always work would you maybe have an idea what is wrong? I most likely got to try and fix it myself

Im embarrassed to say i had no idea that third peddel os a clutch, i just thought it was a left foot break, how are you supposed to use a clutch on a forklift?

Instead of hammering the axle out there are two threaded holes offset to allow bolts to push the cover out. It's a lot easier.

I agree with the vortec Hysters are more trouble than they're worth but the Perkins diesels hold up. The ones I take care of take 15W40 in the transmissions. The more Toyotas I work on, the more I like them. I tend to hate anything that I'm not used to working on.
