Fellow forklift tech here , i tip my hat to you hoss. That truck was about three of four cuss words away from getting the float test. Good job young man.....
Have a 2003 Toyota 62-7FDF25 with 18750h and I'm very happy with it. 2.5l diesel (4DZII) engine, always start on the first turn of the key, no smoke, no noises etc . Just SAS gone a long time ago. Just have to fix the leaking steering cylinder seals. I've been on the channel for a while trying to learn with you. Cheers from Portugal
@@evoobookbautrs9741 I’m not sure what code 71 is but 67-1 is your height sensor. Located on top of the mast, has like a lever on it with a little roller wheel. I don’t think that’s what’s causing your problem, but it could be.
As a forklift tech myself I’ve learned so much from you ! This is an amazing channel.
Thank you man, really appreciate it!! Thank you for supporting the channel.

Nice job bro super helpful on forklift repair
Thank you!
Red Loctite on chain anchors? Why? I’d hate to be the guy that has to come behind you to adjust those later.
I’ve always done that. Never had an issue. A little bit of heat melts off the loctite. Wouldn’t bother me
Better safe than sorry in this industry
Suppose to be 2 nuts on the bottom , locking against each other , look at other side
@@Yousuckballs987 I put 2 nuts on the bottom. Rewatch video 👍🏼
