SKYJACK Boom Lift Locked Brakes! Quick Troubleshooting

This is just a quick troubleshooting video just in case anyone ever runs into a situation like this on a similar machine. This is a skyjack 66T and it had a lot of issues before I got there. Like always I’m usually picking up after someone else already worked on it. After 3 hours of troubleshooting I was checking the harness and noticed 2 broken wires that happen to be for the brake disconnect. #forklift #forkliftcertified #mechanic #trending #boomlift #skyjack #jaltest

Nice job, yeah i cant tell you how many times the storys from my customers have changed. Gotta talk to three different people to get five stories and piece together what makes a little bit of sense lol

More than likely knowledge gained over years. Most of us mobile techs have some brand specific knowledge but the rest is just bridging the gaps and applying skills we learned along the way.
Everything is nuts and bolts and hardly is anything so proprietary you can't touch it, but that stuff does exist out there.

Nice video, I have a CAT GP40k forklift, I have spark I have petrol coming out from injectors and fuses are good, and it won’t start, it’s cranking but no start, I changed the distributor already and still no start… any suggestions?
