I used to live in an apartment overlooking a lake. I kept bread in the freezer so I could feed the turtles!!! 🐢 The frozen bread had more weight to it so I could throw it like a frizbee. It was so cool watching the turtles swim from all over the lake to get the bread!!!

I have asked the manufacturer to put together a model like this. Except I need 2 bedrooms (on each side) and the center to be bath; living; kitchen and laundry

Wonderful tour, love how you do the drone shots. We had Jim and Annette as guests at our Airbnb in Tiny Towne on the grove and Jim's so right that people should try them out before they buy. How cool that they now get to host. It is a JOURNEY to host short term guests, but you guys are perfect for it! I like how the kitchen is set up with the ovens being stacked, and the white tower shelves over to the side. I think since it's such a small space, I'd like the portable double cook top stove you plug in, better than a built-in top on the counter too. What do I know? I've never used one, but I like the concept of it being out of the way when not in use. Having the add-a-box makes it more livable, but it would have been great if the bathroom on the bedroom side was larger. I know ITH won't let you do that. I can just imagine a larger shower, and a space for a stackable washer/dryer. It's always fun to see how people set them up.

I would have made the second incredibox with a large bath area with a sink cabinet and a hook up for a stackable washer/dryer...

Many years ago I built with that very same material. 3' wide by 3 inch Styrofoam tongue and grove embossed aluminum both sides. We mostly used it for roof panels. Its strong material. However when it rains it is extremely loud. You can't even talk over the noise it makes. Especially in Florida downpours. We only used it for lanai's so people had the option to go in their house when it got loud. The other problem we ran into was sealing of the windows and doors. Because it is aluminum it tends to expand and contract a great deal. Even the best sealants made would only last a few years before it cracked and leaked. Hopefully they have come a long ways since then.

He needs to put either pickets or chicken wire where the open porch rails are. Dangerous especially for small children or pets.

I would not want a kitchen in the second incredibox that to me looks tacky

We live in Sacramento, California, but it’s flat and getting crowded. I’m here because I teach piano in Roseville, California. I’m going to be there a couple more years.

Been watching since the beginning and it's so cool to see it coming to fruition. I'm not sure about using that wide lense inside the home, it seems to distort the images. They have that sort of faux wall treatment that can be painted... Might be easier than actual ship lap.

The homes in the back look like a tiny home community, but the ones at the front entrance look like a trailer park. It looks nothing like the model pictures you show on your website. When this place gets finished, it is still not going to look anything like the pictures you show...which is false advertising. And, having a home parked where the front entrance fence splits their home and entry to their deck is an eye sore. The front entry should look nice, but it looks worse than all of it.

I wouldn't build a deck larger than you could move. I saw a man build a ramp in 4/5 feet sections that hooked together so he could move it with his home. That was awesome.

Hey Jim, Maybe later on... Think about removing the second tiny homes counter & sink. Giving it a more open concept... For a sitting, reading, extra sleeping, Office, or a long closet. You can always buy those pre-built corner built in counters with cabinet underneath for a coffee station from Lowes @ $139.00, you paint & stain. OR just configure coffee station in with the actual kitchen in first home... build cabinets above kitchen the full length even portion over top half of window they make an accordian style lever in cabinets that pull out & down to place microwave -oven you have on counter, use that area for coffee station. Living area: remove bathroom make that a pantry & washer/dryer area, doors at Lowes frosted glass has PANTRY etched in it. I think an L shaped sleeper couch would be more synthetically pleasing & more overall comfort. Cut those windows in living room to wrap around as one window, opening to serve outside & for more air flow.❤ I actually like the enclosed Tall privacy fence around deck, I mean who wouldn't!?? ❤ Who wants to look over at your neighbors neck!! (As close as they are)😊
