Oh I want this!!!
Ar Randys place in Tennesee you pay 10,000 for lot and 2 years rent year I forgot how much the lot cost after the 2 years but there is only a few lots open only in the Mountain and Dunlap just saying.
Why would I be paying lot rent if I am paying 15 thousand for the lot
Where is it located??
That's a great deal! I personally would go with the mini-split, tbey are very efficient and do a great job heating and cooling. $300 lot rent is very low too. Other than ITH, I think I've only found one or two other tiny house communities across the country that have $300 or close to it lot rents.
And other than ITH, you won't find a single one that charges a $15 K- 30K key payment.
@@smallspaces-fc3fi Actually, there is one other community that has a key money charge.
@@smallspaces-fc3fi actually, I know of another tiny home community besides ITH that charges a key money amount + rent.
@@raysun2be This property in Alabama and ITH are the only two tiny home communities that I know of that charge a key payment.
@@smallspaces-fc3fi They are the only ones I know of too. For the record, you did state ITH was the only one, which was inaccurate. :)
Want to see the inside
Will you show the inside of the home?
Very good deal Hans! Would be great to see the interior
Hello, I don't understand. You are selling the tiny house for 20,000, and 15,000 for the lot and still have to pay $300 for lot rent. That doesn't seem fair or right. So the buyer has to pay for their own infrastructure that they don't own. when you rent an apartment you give one months rent and one months security, but when you leave, you et back your one months security. Why is the owner charging for infrastructure that he or should be providing themselves. That cannot be lawful. and how is his supposed to hep the poor or people struggling trying to buy a tiny home. after the $20,000, I am sure they are broke. and when they leave the lot they don't get back that 15,000 dollars. People are paying to build your tiny house community and they get nothing in return. That's not fair.
But they do get so so much! A beautiful gorgeous property to live on, landscaped in a community that is brand new, newly built and constructed. Many new amenities are being added every single day to this property and those of us who have paid to be a part of this new community feel blessed, excited and fortunate!
People are buying the tiny home then paying $15,000 for lot they don't own then you are paying $400 a month whether its 10yrs,15yrs,20yrs after you add up $400 you could have bought your own land or a home. When does the $400 dollars stop.
It’s rent. Just like any other place you live if you don’t own it yourself
Or look at it as a HOA fee.... Gated community ... Security

Where are you?
Huntsville, Alabama
Lot rent? No thank you! These tiny houses are way over priced!
No.
These homes are not overpriced. I spent many hours searching Tiny Homes and you can find homes in all price ranges. But any where you live you have to pay some type of “ rent” unless you own property or have family who have land and will allow you to live there rent free.
Be realistic, what Pine Lake offers is wonderful, beautiful and most of all, affordable.
Sell it without the lot? You’re too far south to move.
