I did this initially on a large floor before I went tiny to help get a feel for space between walls, stairs, furniture, etc very helpful! But it was someone in the comments who suggested I show this on video in the bedroom. Great idea!

Just what I needed to see.
With a full bed to the side I can still open the closet & have a small nite stand. Perfect!
Also needed to know if a smaller convection oven would fit on the micro shelf. Now I know.

Best way to get a visual of the space. I'd have to go with the twin bed in such a small space. I know exactly how I would set it up, but won't ever get one. It's too late now. I just wish they had tiny home options a long time ago.

Love the Incredicottage. If I owned it, I would probably use the same 25x78 cot and Hest mattress I use in my tiny camper. It is more comfortable than my king bed at home anyway, and I am not that big.
With having more space in the bedroom you could always put a curtain up in the close instead of the doors.

Hans, do you have to have that range hood, can you just have a shelf to place whichever type of micro/combo system you want?
Yes I’m sure you can opt out of that
You also have to account for the frame and headboard unless you are laying the mattress on the floor. 🧐

A typical bed frame is essentially the same size as the box spring (actually a little shorter) so that won’t change anything; a headboard of course would but is not necessary. (You wouldn’t be able to fit a headboard with a queen going sideways)

Yes. As lots get taken, we’ll have less and less lots left for the bigger homes likely but right now we can accommodate any size home ITH builds and sells (up to 400sq)
