Just in case, make sure you mention no loud mufflers or extensive car repairs on property. (No loud running cars). Also, no Pitbulls, pitbull mix, or other larger dogs that could do damage. Propane fire pits only.
So exciting watching this come to fruition. You are doing an awesome job with your property. Remember I’ll be having a brand new Woody for sale that would be a great option for a potential resident!!!
Whoo hoo, fish fry! Things are looking good for us to maybe move there, fingers crossed!! Great fencing!! Focus on Laundry first, as far as amenities...
All the fish you will stock have sharp spines on them that can give you a stiff poke. Bass, bluegill, Catfish.Bythe way I caught a one pound tilapia just this past Monday here in Encino Los Angeles👍
I’m told as long as you leave them along they will leave you alone. But if you try to handle them then you can get that stiff poke! Ours are reproducing quickly, we’ll have some that size soon!
Hans is allowing other builders' Tiny Home in his park now, but it must be Certified and aesthetically pleasing. He announced it a couple/few videos ago.
In another video he said he has just a few lots large enough for an ITH Birmingham, which is 10'x34'. Not sure if he still has those available, so contact him to make sure.
Hans this is so exciting!!! I don’t eat fish, but I love looking at them! Can we put turtles in there too? Maybe next summer? Please don’t give away my lot in the sunshine on the lake!!
As someone who had fish for years, when you bring them to their new home, you always let the bag sit in the water for 10 minutes minimum, to allow the water temp in the bag to become the same as in the pond. It's a big enough shock to go from one water to a different water, but if the temps are the same when you release them, it minimizes the shock and make the fish happy. ☺️
Thanks Susan. Yes, the fishery advised 10-15 min to acclimate to new water temperature. They added oxygen to the bags to ensure plenty of air for the fish
@@thecalledout7 - No. The tilapia species is originally from Africa, but can be found all over the world now in tropical climates, due to their tastiness, and popularity as algae eaters that leave swimmers alone.
Tilapia are very beneficial. They are tropical, and eat large amounts of algae and aquatic plants, making them a chemical-free way to control algae in ponds. They eat lots of different types of algae, as well as duckweed, watermeal, and milfoil. Tilapia can also help improve water quality by eating excess vegetation and creating colonies of beneficial aerobic bacteria on the pond bottom that break down muck. Great choice, Hans!
You are doing awesome Hans. Sounds like you have thought of everything.👍
Thanks 👍
I'm so impressed by your efforts to make your property more community friendly; love your genuineness❤️
Thank you!
You are doing a great job & it shows. A beautiful park with the trees & lake. I love seeing the water running into the lake. Happy 4th to all. ❤
Thanks so much

Thank you so much!
I can't wait to get there. Hopefully my home will be done doon

Those are pretty typical here in the south to fish for in small ponds.

Did you fire ITH ?
The property is looking good. The fishing tournament will be fun for the grandkids.
Indeed!
You are doing a great job! It's looking beautiful! Can any tiny home be placed there or just ones made by Incredible Tiny Homes?
Hans is allowing other builders' Tiny Home in his park now, but it must be Certified and aesthetically pleasing. He announced it a couple/few videos ago.
Yummy!! (Tilapia)

Hans

There are a few turtles already in there 👍
I love to fish!
Much nicer than ITH.
I thought you were going to have swimming available in the lake? But fish that can poke people?
Tilapia don't bother swimmers.
Can't wait for some yummy fish cookouts!
Your fish want out of the bags!! They are probably too hot in the plastic bags!!!!

Woooo, swim with the fishy's & snakes & weeds...
No thank you...
Can you put in your own small pool?
Tilapia is the most unhealthy fish to eat but I didn't realize they were algae eaters.
I have heard that tilapia, farm raised in China, being fed waste products, is unhealthy, but not the fish in general. I will look into it more.
@@countrygal3688 I don't know a whole lot about it. I did hear it was a man made fish.
