I like more modern houses and they don’t do customs anymore. Plus I would y wait on them to build when there are so many great builders out there. I could tell you about a tiny house builder who builds a NICE 8.6 x 24 ft tiny home and it;s only $40k!!
O may, I built a 16X40 open floor plan and I only have between 35 to 40K in it on 2.5 acres. Let me guess, their going to jam these Tinny Houses a few feet apart to score as much money as they can in a small as they can place. I get sick of seeing people stacking people on top of each other' It's not for me in anyway.

I'm sure the massive layoffs at ITH isn't helping the situation. Labor cost and the cost overruns of building the mountain is probably killing their bank account. Yet, ITH is starting a new project.?.. They should have been promoting Pine Lakes and fulfilling old obligations before starting new ones.
I'd look but I'm having a major surgery next Wednesday and then another 9 months later.
