Hi! We're Jim and Michelle. After 23 years of living in our huge 5 bedroom Victorian Home, we sold it and bought a 28 foot Airstream! Join us as we travel the United States, learn about full time RV living, explore some offbeat sites, and visit some amazing (and some not so amazing) locations across the USA.
Jim is a professional photographer, voice-over artist, and has worked for over 20 years in the home improvement industry. Michelle is a cook, seamstress, former Public Library assistant, Christian Education Director, and is an amazing organizer.

There's so much to do near Land Yacht Harbor in Melbourne, Florida!
Land Yacht Harbor is on Florida's Space Coast, and in this video we watch a Space X Falcon Heavy nighttime launch with Rich and Cindy of @LuvSubbin!
We visit the Cocoa Beach Pier, and Old Melbourne with friends, and have a great lunch at The Bat Cave! (Both Airstreamer and Adam West approved!)
Also, Jim floods the Airstream and discusses how to mitigate any potential water damage.

It was the best of times. It was the worst of times. We stayed at both campgrounds operated by Jacksonville, Florida and they couldn’t have been more different. We had our r v flood one time. Danny got up in the middle of the night and when the cats wanted a drink of water he turned the faucet on. Then he went back to bed. Lol. You can guess the rest. 😁 Lynn and Danny

Glad you watch Luv Subbin! They are really great people. Thank you, we always have fun when we hang out with them! We have to "share" revenue when we use songs like the Batman theme, but, Jim just couldn't resist using it. lol! We were glad Jim was right there and dealt with it immediately. These things do happen! - Michelle
Unlucky with the flood, accidents happen. At least you know how to prevent long term damage to your airstream. I imagine the furniture is made with the usual mdf which just loves to get wet. Another positive, at least you are also in one of the warmer states to help with the drying process too.
Fortunately, Airstream builds the cabinets with Italian 7-ply plywood. Pretty difficult to water damage that stuff. Thanks for watching and commenting. It means the world to us. - Jim

Hopefully, your particleboard built cabinets and doors don't explode from absorbing too much water.
Particle board does turn to porridge when it gets wet. Saw lots of that when I did kitchens and mitigation reconstruction. Good thing Airstream makes their cabinets from Italian plywood. Good stuff. Thanks for watching. - Jim

Really appreciate this video. I got tired of the poor video quality on the stock Voyager unit so just upgraded to this, following your video for install, and couldnt be happier. Tackling projects is easier when you have seen it done before. Great upgrade!

I received the newer version of the jack-it pro with the additional options for 4 bikes and other mount accessories and the clearance is now 26 3/8 inches so no need for the airstream modification. I’m looking forward to putting this on our silver bullet. Thanks for the video!
I Did not know that Lippert had changed and improved the Jack-It. It is still working really good for us. I just changed out the angled mount for a straight one. Now I can access the propane tanks without removing the bikes. Thanks for watching. - Jim
@@airstreamer Appears the new Stinger allows for the "Y" to be rotated in different position, possibly alleviating the propane access. Since we have the Airkrafter propane generator, we will be accessing the propane more frequently. I'll know more once we get some miles w/the jack it under us. You got to enjoy some fantastic sunsets and great locations 60F is about 15,5C which doesn't sound too bad until I remembered you're in Florida! I'm not sure I could tow a rig that large on the back of a large (by UK standards) truck. It certainly wouldn't have gone down well in Cornwall where we've just holidayed.

Wow I thought you were never going to get to park that was a true test in patience. Both the campgrounds were really neat locations love the beach access yoir morning walk was perfect. Really enjoyed those beaches Atlantic and Neptune looked amazing and the town wow on pur list now. That was a lovely sunset boat ride. So much amazing B roll through the video always informative and beautiful scenes to look at. Well done as usual.
