Helpful video! I noticed that the rubber gasket under the sheet metal screw on the side away from you (toward the camera) had failed and was sticking out from under the washer. This could cause a leak as well.

Hmmmm... I've never noticed my vent's seal. It will certainly be something I inspect once we pick up the Sub. BTW, your neighbor has a pretty sweet polished 34' Limited.
