What you’ll need:
Dumbbells! Preferably light, medium, and heavy.
Fabric or rubber resistance bands!
A bench/chair/couch! Something you can put your back against for hip thrusts. For any exercises where I’m laying on the bench, you can always lay on a mat on the floor.

    It’s been 3 years since I’ve been doing this, started 2020-2021 and I love everything about this workout ❤❤ this is the only lower body workout that really makes me sweat, shake, and sore the next day, thank you for this workouts and please don’t ever remove it ❤

    Great workout! This was my first workout with you. I really appreciated your cueing and focus on form, along with your creative moves. The extra long warm-up was my favorite though - Really appreciated the chance to really get warm before diving in. Too many warm-ups are just too short. Thank you! I plan to be back for more!
