    What you’ll need:
    Dumbbells! Preferably light, medium, and heavy.
    Fabric or rubber resistance bands!
    A bench/chair/couch! Something you can put your back against for hip thrusts. For any exercises where I’m laying on the bench, you can always lay on a mat on the floor.
