  • Today is a NO REPEAT full body workout and all you need are dumbbells!!!! I’m using 8, 10, and 15 lbs. This one is done Vertical Loading style…so we’re working from head to toe, in that order 🤔

    Just what I needed today. Trying to exercise even though I'm struggling with a lower back pain. This one is perfect, I just replaced the lower abs exercises. Thank you. You're awesome😊

    I really enjoyed this so much! I loved working my whole body. Frannie is adorable 😍 I follow another woman and her 2 dogs are normally there while she works out.

    Hahha love your jokes Kaitlin, I don't run either :p that KS for this great content xoxox I also have a quick question out of all your programs which one would you recommend for someone with herniated discs in their back? I can do some squats but I can't do a lot of them compound movements really are kind of out of the question and which program did you have the most fun with? Thanks for all your tips advice and time I would love to get one of your lovely programs thank you so much

      There are a couple timer based workouts! But for the most part, it’s reps!
