  • As with any exercise, listen to your body! Don't do anything that causes you pain or discomfort (that isn't just the burn!)

    Wow! I haven't been comfortable doing these kind of rest day workouts because I always feel like I'm not doing enough or I need to go harder. Doing this workout with you felt so safe and I really felt like I am doing enough and it felt great! I probably wouldn't do this workout on a day that I feel super tired, but for a rest day like this when I just want to be a little more active, this was perfect! Thank you

    This might have been one of my favorite workouts ever. The abs, the hip mobility. The pace of the cardio, yoga....its like everything I qant in an active rest day!

    I absolutely loved this! I hope you do more mobility workouts and videos! Soooo good to control my flexibility and build strength in my range of motion in a less intense way! Got a sweet sweat on still tho ☺️☺️ I loved the straddles lifts and circles, the 90-90 hip thrusts and the downdog to plank, roll back to shoot ups, the lunge to half splits and the side lunge switches! I love love loved this workout so much! The mobility was so fun!

    Wow this is an amazing workout just starting my fitness journey had an intense workout yesterday but wanted to feel active today. My arms were so sore before this but this got me moving and feeling good. Adding this to my weekly routine, thank you

    I have been seeeaarrchhing for the perfect recovery day follow along for myseld and this has been the best by far. Love the mobility work and muscle activation. I still had significant sweat doing this routine but it wasn't overly intense somehow either. I am saving this one and subscribing to your channel. Nice work!

    This is my absolute favorite workout to do whenever I'm feeling a bit sore or more tired than usual. It's the perfect mix of light cardio, a little toning, and a lot of loosening up tight muscles!

    Feeling so sore today after 3 days of heavy boot camps so looking forward to trying this out tomorrow. I'm trying to train myself to take rest days without guilt but I do need to move every day. This looks perfect.

    This was great for an active rest day. At times it even elevated my heart rate as if I did a HIIT Training 🤣. I liked the combination of strength, cardio and stretching. However. I found the ab exercises a bit to easy so I must have done something wrong 🤣. I did most of the exercises but altered them as per my requirements. My quads were on fire from yesterday's workout and I just omitted that leg lift. Apart from this, it was put well together and I could follow along without overstraining👍. I just assume that for beginners it would rather serve as a normal workout because I remember my first days and there were exercises in this workout that would have been way too tough for me😉. But for today it was perfectly fine. Funny, how this actually showed my progress from exercises beeing too difficult to being rather refreshing 🤣.

    OMG GIRLLL , that was incredible, active rest day after some seriously heavy lifting the first 3 days of my split JUST what I needed, helped me identify that the left side of my joints and body are generally more sticky and stubborn as well

    you should look into essential oil bug spray that you make at home! i make one with witch hazel, lemon eucalyptus, and lavender. it smells soo good!

    Got through 30 mins but had a hard time due to the jumping (condo living) request for a no jumping version? I did alternative moves but they didn't feel as intense as I would have liked, love the vid though! Great workout for rest day

      It really depends on where you’re at in your fitness journey! This workout shouldn’t feel hard, it should feel good!

    Kaitlin, I really struggled in the wide legged move. I couldn’t even raise my leg, so I just tried to stretch back and forth but I’m always so tight in that pose. Is there something I can do to become more limber in that move or do I just need to do that more often? 😅

      Totally common to be tight in that position!! Did you do the straddle stretching at the end with me where we contracted and relaxed there?? That’s a great one to add to your every day stretch to help you gain strength and mobility there!
