    Tip: Squeeze your abs, lift your knees higher than you want to and exaggerate your arm movements with this one.
    I tracked this workout using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi Mi5
    Amazfit 5: 4,34 km, 6201 steps, 291 calorie burn
    Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 6 km, 5970 steps, 304 calorie burn
    NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Feel free to prolong your breaks for up to 1 minute to increase your burning time. Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine!

      @@kristenmackiewicz2404 I recommend you start doing the next move, so that you already know what you`re doing by the time the 30 sec of work start. I only take breaks between rounds.

    Wholly Molley that was such a fantastic fast paced but oh so much fun power walk!! My Apple Watch set on Indoor Walk show I walked 7,126 steps for 5.59 miles and burned Total 496 calories. Thanks so much for this amazing start to my day!

      I do these workouts at work during lunch, sometimes on a break if I only have 15 or 20 minutes. It's a great way to get in daily steps and relieve stress. I sweat a bit but not too much since I'm at work :)

    So full score - 6,591 steps. 4.5 kms. 405 calories. And as per my Fitbit, 90 zone minutes. For all the time my heart is in cardio zone, it counts 2 mins. 👏🏽👏🏽 and I don’t feel tired! 😇 that’s the bonus.

And the best part is I am looking to tomorrow again without any soreness in any muscle - that is suchhh a motivator 😇

    Thanks for posting the workout, Burpee Girl. The first 30 minutes flew by; the last 15 minutes took forever. But I did it, I'm nice and sweaty, and ready for the rest of my Saturday.

    Did this workout with my Fitbit.
    I got around 5,800 steps.
    I’m 5’4. I weigh around 178lbs
    I burned 412 calories
    With an average bpm of 130
    And a max bpm of 152.
    P.s. I don’t do a lot of cardio so if someone does cardio for their main workout, your heart rate may be slower than mine. All heart rates will be different for this workout. But I’m just giving you mine.

    This was fantastic! I have several restrictions due to a lower back injury and have been doing a variety of walking workouts, with modifications. I enjoyed this. It had energy, variety, easy to follow moves and upbeat music.

    Using Fitbit. Got 4,600 steps in 26 mins. So I am sure I would have been able to get the 6,000 by the full time. But didn’t have time to complete the full video. Will be doing the whole one soon and post my update. For now, 26 mins, 4,699 steps, 202 calories, 3.2 kms! 🙏🏼

    I have done a number of online walking videos. This is the only one that hit the step count. I kept walking through the water breaks and accrued more than 6500+

    Amazing walking workout..Thanks for sharing it. I clocked with my Fitbit inspire...able to clock only 4800 steps for the whole workout. Am I too slow? I just started walking for past 1 month.stated with 3k steps and now managing to 10k steps in 1hr 35minutes outdoor.

    I really really love your workouts, but you got to fix music selection and be actually on beat with it which in most cases you are not. Beat and rhythm are important in exercise. ❤❤❤
