Burpee girl has transformed my health for the best! I enjoy her simple yet effective workouts. I think they are tailored for woman especially women who have burnout/exhaustion/high stress and are sensitive to high intensity workouts. I have lost over 30 lbs following her workouts every night. I do 15 min a day and it doesnt exhaust me like HIIT workouts do or make me want to eat more. I also watch what i eat but its easy when your workouts don't exhaust you. Burpee girl you're awesome and your warm smile and pleasant energy is welcomed on my tv screen nightly!

I worked through the grey, replaced toe taps with side steps and achieved 7326 steps. On an exercise mat on a suspended floor - very comfortable, and a higher heart rate than my usual 4 mile walk.

Workout #2: What an awesome turbo walk... I loved this one... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to walking workout mode I burned 237 calories... My calorie count is always lower on walking mode... But I completed 5,859 steps... Woo Hoo... Cant wait to see whats up BurpeeGirls sleeve for tomorrow😊
