I shredded 349 calories according to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode... Great walk... I woke right up and this this because I am taking my mama out today.. I am at 5,618 steps so far towards my 10,000 step goal...

Chose to do this instead of a run, certainly not disappointed! Used resistance band again, do you think there are any benefits in doing this? Thank you as always x
I think it will slow you down and distract you from the exercise. I don't know about the toning effect you might feel the next day. So if your legs are sore the next day and you are satisfied with your calorie burn and step count, I say go for it!
