I'm doing your workouts 3-4 times/week, in 6 months I've lost 22pounds whitout starving and workouts that I really enjoy. I'm not a person who loved any sport but with your videos I really enjoy moving and working for myself. The next 22 pound will also be down with your help 😊 I've start from 107kg and now I am 97, the next milestone will be to reach 87 and the finish 80kg, for me it will be enough. Loved this one! Loved the routine! I love how I can modify the moves up or down without having to think too hard. You make it flow so easily and I really don't get bored! I use my own music sometimes so, the way you change the screen when you are previewing the next move, I can easily see we are changing.. You are so creative and so sweet! I really enjoying working out with you! Thank you for doing what you do!! 🤍

An absolutely wonderful walking workout. My legs are on 🔥. 5333 steps done and I added 1kg dumbbells for that extra challenge. Please do more like this. Green really suits you and looking forward to your workout mats being released. Stay blessed ❤😊xx
Your walking workouts are the best 🩷 I have M.E and fibromyalgia and these workouts are totally doable but make me sweat and feel like I've had a good workout and burnt lots of calories, but doesn't burn me out so much I suffer the next day. I also love the music and the no talking , they are great, Thank you 🩷

I added a pair of light weights to challenge my upper body a bit more and it was wonderful! Burned 300 kcal and had fun 🎉
Another great one. 5033 steps & 363 calories burnt. (I kept moving even during the cool down and added 2lb weights to some of the moves). 👏🏽
