You are amazing, Olivia! These workouts are so fun, challenging, sweaty, fulfilling and not killer on my joints and body. I listened to one of your videos where you talk about transitioning to lower impact/walking and that it was life changing. that, Hiit and high intensity raises cortisol (I have chronic inflammation and i wouldn't be surprised if the high intensity workouts I do have contributed!) it's taken me so much time but, I am finally trying to transition away and your walking workouts are perfection. Thanks for putting so many out there for us!

I always find it interesting at the variations of results. Even taking into consideration one's weight, how far they push themselves, etc. I always end up shorter than everybody else with results. I kept the pace, oftentimes going faster than Olivia and I still ended up with only 3,90 0 steps, but only 142 calories burned. I am using my phone which I held in my hand during workout so maybe that is not as accurate as an Apple watch or fitness band. Still sweated and it was a great workout that I did at work on my break.

I probably wouldn't do this workout again, not because it was bad, but it just didn't hold my attention. I prefer instructor led and/or group workout videos. But i did break a sweat and burn calories, which was the ultimate goal.
