I LOVE this style of workouts. I don't know if it is a ♍️ Virgo thing, but it feels great that after doing a step workout with Olivia, I have done steps even over my goal for the day + my abs feel on fire + my arms and the whole body feel so energized + i have found that this style improves posture and have benefits for the spine, with a few minutes of stretching after that all the blockages all along the entire spine are gone, and all of this in one workout! As usual I appreciate doing these walking exercises to wrap up a day and to finish getting my steps. Once I get to my target weight I expect I may do this a lot less often, but this will be my life for the next 4-6 months and honestly, working out with Olivia is a great way to wrap up the day, so, thank you so very much.

I love your walking workouts. Alot of us can’t do squats and lunges. So this def helps
