ANOTHER amazing walking party with Miss Olivia!!! You are simply wonderful!! ❤🎉 Your moves are so creative and FUN! Being an 80's girl, I usually workout to my own 80's rock and soft rock music but today I did not and really enjoyed your beats selections!! 🎹🎧🎤🎙🎶 Being a diabetic, workouts are more to me then just dropping a few sizes (although these workouts will most definitely do that for you) but when Olivia puts in her description "lower your blood sugar" she isn't kidding!!! These workouts are now my diabetes therapy as I see a drop in blood sugar every time I do one of her workouts, especially if I do one after a meal! I have dropped 12 pounds and have repeatedly improved glucose readings!! This is the perfect intensity for SO many health benefits. Very challenging (I usually use light hand weights) but not so hard you feel exhausted and unmotivated the next day. And consistency is vital! Olivia makes that possible! Plus these workouts are just plain FUN!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 THANK YOU, Olivia, for another PHENOMENAL session. I see a 3 tier subscription in my very near future. I CANNOT get enough of your workouts❤❤❤ I am hooked👍👍👍
Thank you so much for this amazing feedback. I really appreciate it. Exercising should be accessible to all and I really wish we could stress the health benefits, both physical and mental more instead of just the aesthetics. Of course weight management is important but there is so much more to health and general wellbeing. I am well passed the era of onerous and exhausting workouts. They weren’t doing my postpartum body and good, not to mention the mental exhaustion. I really hope you’ll continue to enjoy my workouts. And YES to those numbers going down 👏👏👏💪❤️❤️❤️
@oliviafitlawson I agree with you 100%, Olivia. I look forward to MANY more workouts with you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing what you do!! And I am thrilled to be helping you out (just a little) by becoming a subscriber VERY soon! 4 additional workouts a month? Yep, I'm in👍 you will have a million subscribers soon, I just know it!!!!
A truly great workout, agility, strength, balance and flexibility all rolled into one workout, oooops I forgot a bit of abbs thrown in for good measure. Many thanks Olivia for sharing this with us.
Thank you, Olivia, for this fun workout, love the creative choreography. Please do more of these fun, low-impact walking workouts that are effective and easy on osteo-arthritic knees like mine! Love, Julia
I really enjoy your 40 min and longer walking workouts when you give us many arm movements, and at the same time it's very balanced to not be totally exhausted. I feel energized after this one. Thank you so much ❤
Dear Olivia, Thank you so much for your creativity. You know what? I found that Soukouss music (Central Africa, more exactly Congo if I'm not mistaken) work very well on your exercises. Totally in the rhythm! Best from Paris
these low impact work outs are my fave at the moment cuz i had knee surgery nearly 2 months ago :( i can't jump, so thank you for these videos olivia!!
Love your workouts!! My sister and I are loving them and we worked together for the first time and she loves them too now! Thanks so much Olivia. ❤️❤️❤️
This was a great workout Olivia! It took everything I had to keep my arms up during the warm up. I loved it and hope you have more workouts like this one. Thanks again and again!
I did this without the breaks and it is very sweaty 😂Love all the different moves and don’t need to do any more abs or arms today 🎉Brilliant thank you 🙏
Another Awesome workout Olivia!!❤ 🥵 💪 Loving the new music , and if course seeing your smiling face and energy is all we need to get moving 😊 Thank you for sharing 🙏 God bless ❤❤❤
Just wanted to say I love this channel and your videos. I had a baby at the end of August I started workout out on month 2 of post partum! So in 4 months I have lost 41 of the 44 pounds I gained just by doing the walking workouts and about three of the pounds have been due to the standing dumbbell workouts I use dreft detergent bottles as the “weights”
For the past while, all of your cardio workouts have been walking workouts without jumping. I don't find they offer me enough of a challenge. Are you still making higher intensity workouts with jumping? Or are you putting them on your membership site?
I release a mixture of workouts but because I only release 2 videos a week for general public it’s tricky to tend to everyone’s needs. Walking workouts are what most of my subscribers want. I released high intensity Tabata few weeks back and there are some nearly 400 videos to chose from on my channel. Saying that there are more HIIT workouts to come though 🤗
I understand, Olivia. You need to cater to what the majority of your viewers want. I do a lot of your older Hiit workouts every week. It's always nice to see a new one though. 😊 I am doing one of your 50 minute full body strength workouts today. They're great. Thank you for continuing to make them. @oliviafitlawson
Thank you for your content. I do feel low energy from you when you don't incorporate your upper body with lower in your walking workouts. It drops the HR, and we are only doing a walking workout. You do HITT and drop to the right after cardio, which is disturbing.
You could so much more creative. It is so repetitive and predictable. Please find a way to change your upper and lower movements. They have been the same for too long. Overuse
You have commented on quite a few of my workouts lately, expressing your dissatisfaction. Perhaps my workouts aren’t for you anymore. Repetition is what drives progress and as much as we all love creative, no repeats the hype behind them isn’t back up by science in their effectiveness. I do my best to combine creativity, which is needed to drive motivation but also staying true to what I know is effective and proven to work. So regardless of what anyone thinks I know my workouts work and change lives.
Thanks for your reply. I agree consistency is comforting but change in the movements and order is essential at least every three months. Science does show this, I do have over 20 years of experience in fitness management which includes personal training and many other formats of exercise. The same moves commonly in the same order are repetitive for years. I do appreciate your dedication and time and again thank you for your reply.
@@lisahoneycutt4194 And this is why I offer a variety of workouts ranging from walking, step, aerobic, Pilates and strength training. There is something for everyone and to be honest you are the first person to say I lack creativity. I always think evidence and results speak better than anything else and my body has completely transformed since I started my YT channel 3 years ago.
@oliviafitlawson Yes, evidence and my years of education and degree and certifications being in the fitness arena and a master trainer has too helped. You look amazing, as do I being much older.
