Lauren, this was a great workout and I know that I did at least 4500 steps because I already had logged 5100 steps from my walk around town today so now I have a total of 9600 steps and the night is still young! I’ll definitely try this one again and really the time flew by!

Amazing! 45 minutes flew by in a flash! The walk was a success! An added bonus for me was that my brain worked really hard to keep track of multi-faceted exercises and train hard. I am new to your channel and have already noticed that each exercise consists of many movements and therefore the brain also works hard, just like when solving complex crossword puzzles. Thank you so much, Lauren, for such interesting, fun workouts!

As usual, you made a long workout fly by. Your joy is infectious. Yes. I got very sweaty. For some reason, many moves were like patting my head and rubbing my belly. I would think I had it down, then my limbs would be in absolute chaos. I literally laughed out loud several times! 😂❤

Record breaking heat where I live, and can’t go to the gym because I’m getting over a virus. I was so happy to enjoy this one as an alternative way to get some steps in and my heart rate up!
