Feel free to prolong your walking breaks for up to 1 minute to increase your burning time (walk around the house, drink some water...). Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine!

How i wish i could have this earlier (not complaining, though). This morning, i was In quite bad mood, I gave up half way. This lazy one will be a comfort next time when bad mood comes.
Was going to have my tummy tuck last week, but everything turned upside down and im currently being treated for breast cancer. Your workouts have helped me reach my ideal weight and i will now keep doing the light ones during my recovery and in the good days. Still getting my tummy tuck , its just been delayed a bit. 😊🙏🤩
