  • This workout is PERFECT for the days where you want to workout but you’re still pretty sore! Add this as your next Active Rest day!!
    As with any exercise, listen to your body! Don't do anything that causes you pain or discomfort (that isn't just the burn!) All forms of exercise pose some inherent risks.     i loved it! it went so fast and i was done! compared to others workouts, where 30 minutes can feel like forever. would love to use it during my rest days. thanks!

    I love how this is in circuits. It makes it go by so fast, but it is also so fun for some reason. I really needed this and I enjoyed this 💗

    I've done this workout a few times but it was especially appreciated after a 7 hour flight home from vacation. My poor lower back was craving every move!

    Found you via Instagram, so glad I did. Have been doing your workouts almost exclusively for weeks. Was stalling ALL DAY today bc I wanted to work out but not really. This was perfect for my level of motivation. Dripping sweat now and glad I finally got moving today.

    I really enjoyed this one. It reminded me of a power yoga class I used to take. More intense than I thought it would be but in a good way.
