  • As with any exercise, listen to your body! Don't do anything that causes you pain or discomfort (that isn't just the burn!)

    This was great! Took it slow and worked more on the mobility aspect. Would love to see more mobility only workouts.

    I really love working out with you. You always warm up & cool down. You never move too fast. You cue very well. Your workouts are always very innovative. Thanks for being here for us ! This Workout was fab! I love & need body weight movements.

    I especially loved that last move with the swinging arms! It felt so freeing, will definitely use that when I feel stressed/tired/stuck 😊

    This was perfection!!! I am so horrible about doing these kind of exercises.....I am always strength and HIIT even though I know my body needs this. Thank you so much for putting this together. Will definitely do this multiple times.

    I like your movements! There are some cardio, some stretching, strength building combined, and the repetition is just fit that it won't be so tiring or boring. The movement are new to me and they are so smooth that I can easily handle. I'd like more active rest day videos. Looking forward to your updates! Cheer!

    I loved getting weird here, my body definitely needed those stretches. I would love to see more lower body / cardio combinations, preferably with some mini band action :)

    thanks for an amazing workout! I do exercise with a lot of trainers on youtube, but I have to say, even with that much exercise content that we have online, your workouts are rather unique.     Thank you for this great workout!! I actually had to sit out on the last two circuits because I started feeling dizzy, but I am so glad I did it this far! Will definitely do it again and see if I can complete it on a better day.
    Also, it's really great to have you doing the complete workout with us, that's what makes it more enjoyable for me than if I was just doing everything on my own.

      When we start to feel dizzy, it’s possible things have gotten too intense OR you’re holding your breath! Next time through, don’t be afraid to hit the pause button when you need it and really focus on your breathing!

      @@trainerkaitlin thank you for your response! I think I felt dizzy because of the temperature in my room and therefore it might have become too intense for my body. But thank you as well for the advice regarding breathing, I will definitely be more aware of it next time!

    This workout was perfect for me today! I Was feeling sore from yesterday but still wanted to exercise and this was the perfect combination of stretching and cardio, I love all your weird moves! Will definitely be doing again! :)

    This was honestly just what I needed today, I was feeling not super motivated, stiff and tired. This workout got me sweaty and my heart rate up but mostly it made me feel free and happy thank you!

    Great workout after the ‘No Repeat Total Body Strength Workout.’ I don’t like stretching but love that this disguises this and mixes in cardio!

    loved this! thanks so much! was feeling really sore, lazy, & unmotivated today and almost talked my self out of working out at all, but I decided to do this video instead of the super intense and probably impractical workout I had planned for myself today and this was exactly what my body needed. I even felt motivated after to do sprints on the treadmill as well. so appreciative of your videos and all of the diverse types and formats you post on here

    Loved this one! Finally got to it -- one of my favorites for sure. I thought going into it that it wasn't going to be much work and that I would do another workout (legs obvi) but I am beat! I can't move a muscle.
