    So challenging, but that is how you get stronger right? The runner's lunge switch was difficult....challenges the balance. Love the downward dog plank and burpees!!

    I couldn't do the rolls variations due to my knee soreness, so I used your modification, and the second one I ended up just doing a half burpee and then a side plank.
