This was an excellent cardio workout! Sorry to hear about your car and the palm tree. I'm curious to know what kinds of indoor fitness shoes you like and where to purchase them. I'm having a hard time here in So Cal finding any store that carries more than running shoes.
The challenge is not knowing what's next! Love that it's a NO REPEAT!! Would love to see more.
