  • This is your BodyFit by Amy 32 Minute Active Recovery Cardio Mobility Workout. This is day number 10 of your Next Level November Challenge. This workout is just like it sounds, it's meant to be active recovery, but we're going to get some cardio and mobility work in as well. I'll give you lots of options, so be where you are today.       I'm very sore & tired today from this week's workouts but I feel better after doing this than if I completely rested. Great recovery workout!

      Yes Amy!:-) I love your active recovery, used to do yoga between the tougher workouts, but I love the combo of stretch and cardio, thats my favorite recovery now!:-)) Thank you so much for being her for us!:-)

    Yes, loved this format...Stretching, Strength and Cardio. Who can ask for more! By the end of the first round, my heart rate stayed high enough with that push at each cardio round. You nailed this one

    Loved the format and the moves in this workout! I quite enjoyed the gradual build up to the harder levels and then bringing it down to a feel-good stretch. Saving it in my recovery workouts playlist!
    Note to self for the next time I come back to this: Swap the curtsey-toe touch and the cat-cow pyramids. This makes it easier to segue into the cool down.
    Thank you so much for this workout, Amy! Please make more of these mobility and recovery workouts for days when there are sore muscles / period cramps / recovering from illness and so on.

    MOST EXCELLENT !! This workout for mobility is the PERFECT thing I needed after yesterday’s wicked weight workout that I loved so much! Thank you for making the calendars to follow each month…..helps me so much for many reasons…..takes the thinking and decision making out of “hmmmmm….what to do today????” and then the workout weeks are always so well rounded by the end of the week! Thanks Amy for all that you do for us who are trying to show up and be where we are today!!!!💞

    I enjoyed the format, and added my own modifications to protect elbows and knees. In place of that pigeon, I subbed with hips circles and a seated hip stretch. Now I'm about to do a Tabata cardio routine of yours from 6 years ago--all standing, which I really like!

    This was fantastic. I've been struggling with burnout and fatigue and these types of workouts are also great for days when I don't have the capacity for an intense workout but need to move my body in a healthy way. Thanks!

    I've only done 2 days of the Next Level November Challenge and was so sore! This workout was perfect for recovering! Really liked the format of it with cardio and stretching to help the sore muscle.

    This workout came exactly at the right time. I really needed to do hip and back of the leg mobility and stretching and here it was! The format was great and I loved that there was a little cardio in it! Feeling wonderful! ☺️ 💗!

    This was exactly what I was looking for! Normally on my rest days I like to do more cardio but today I needed more flexibility worked in however I didn't want to only stretch. This was a great mix! Thank you!

    Sadly, my left hamstring has been extremely sore since I did this 2 days ago--I guess I overstretched. So I modified further and did it with less intensity this evening. I'll see how I feel over the next couple of days.

    Sorry, I just had to dislike this video. I just came from doing the Bodyfit by Amy 35 min Kettlebell HIIT workout from years ago and thought this workout would be less fast paced and I could keep up. I thought the workout would be like a real recovery workout. It was not to me. Unfortunately, this workout was too fast paced and didn't seem to give me enough time in between stretches to help aid in recovery. It also started causing some lower back/hip pain flare up afterwards because of some of the floor exercises. I just wouldn't recommend this workout for beginners or people with past lower back or hip pain.

      I totally agree. Amy’s workouts really don’t get harder than this.
