Mad Christmas running backwards and forwards to the hospital visiting my partner. Then struck down myself with gastroenteritis. So good to find half an hour to care for myself. This was just what I needed and took it slow. Feeling so much better. I love the active recovery workouts like pilates with added movement.

I am travelling for work and I do not have adequate access to weights, so I was really looking forward to this today! Unfortunately, my hotel also does not have a smart TV so I did it all on the little bitty phone screen ha ha ha! It was just what I needed. Thank you so much.
You asked what our favorite moves were but I think they are all great! I especially love the side lunges that went all the way to the floor and the hip flexors stretches that did the same? Thank you!
What I like most about these Active Recovery workouts, is the feeling that I have after I've finished it!!! It's the right amount of mobility, flexibility and choice of intensity cardio that makes me smile!! 😊 Very enjoyable workout!!!!! 👍
