    Thank you Amy, I didn't realise how tired my body was until I started this mobility workout, it was exactly what I needed after yesterdays's 7.5K run and upper body workout. I was so relaxed at the end my HR went down to 55 😂

    A great recovery workout - enough movement to get the heart rate up, but not too much. I really liked the flow format too.

    It’s Day #4 of your LEAP Challenge! This active recovery workout gets mobility, flexibility, cardio and strength, all with no equipment. This workout starts standing, then finishes on the mat, with options to take it up or down as needed.
