Thank you ❤ Slowly recovering from COVID fatigue for the past 2 weeks and a little frustrated by how gradually my body needs me to return to my pre-sickness body-work levels. This routine helped me push at the edges and balance feeling challenged yet accomplished, and I'm feeling more energized rather than fatigued.
I tend to skip mobility and I know that I need it but i always feel like I need more movement so this was great. I loved the option of making it a little more cardio! Loved it❤

That was such a good workout and something I needed. As you say it didn't feel boring like 'just' stretching and time went really quickly
