Thanks so much for doing this! I pulled my calf muscle right before the break and wasn't able to walk on it at all for a few days. This was my first real workout coming back and I was so ready to come back! Thanks for always checking to make sure I'm where I need to be in the workout so I don't overdo it. Normally I would do all the power moves with the little jumps but with each of your reminders I remembered that my body is still healing and I shouldn't expect it to jump right back in where I was. I feel great at the end of this workout and my calves still like me and aren't screaming at me so win-win! Thanks for helping us to remember that our bodies are at different stages or levels every day and that's OK!

Great pyramid! Stronger - day 30 working out with you all, 2 days a week on the treadmill, some community volleyball here and there, and of course, no sugar! Amazing the difference in one month. Ready for the new year!
Loved this one! Can you do a series of workouts for hairstylists or nurses? People who stand a lot for their job? You mentioned people who sit as a desk at the end of this one and a lot of us stand daily for our jobs- overuse of pecs and don’t know to use our core when doing haircuts, blow drying, coloring :) thanks, Amy for all you do!

Went heavy on this one! Yay! What app do you use on your watch for zones? Just got myself an Apple Watch and it only shows heart rate, not zone.
