    For all the ladies in the room, these mobility workouts help me so much when I’m on my period. I’m not in the mood to jump or push it too hard during that time of the month, in fact, I was not really in the mood to do this workout also. But after I did it, I felt sooo much better, cramping was reduced and my mood and energy levels definitely improved. Thanks Amy!

    Thanks Amy! I followed the 15 minutes of the video and then switched to the fitness Marshall. I need to keep my heart rate up and get 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week. Another time i would love to do more core work. I need that too!!!

    what's the "core"? you say it in all your vids. how is it "engaged". you say that also. people want to know. unless you're one of those hacks who throw words around to sound credible.

    🌟🌟AMY🌟🌟 When I woke up I absolutely did not want to work out;sore from my kettlebell workout yesterday. I'm also a server,so my job is physical. I did this today and I'm actually amazed at how much better I feel. I thank you 1000 times for this workout 🪷🙏🏾
