I loved this workout. It went by fast. I liked the variety of moves and the fact that my 68 year old knees could do the circuits without pain. I’d love to see more of these.
Just got this one in again and it is still a favourite! Started off feeling “blah” and by midway through, found myself actually pushing the cardio and feeling SOOOO good in all the mobility and flexibility rounds too! The whole workout left me feeling amazing! Thank you Amy!!!

As others experienced, this was excellent for my level of energy & mentality today too. After many lovely days in a row of sunshine and warmth up here in the North, today quickly turned cloudy and windy with spritz (not quite drizzle). So ... feeling the impulse to sit & vegetate after work but active recovery was a much better option and it felt good to work the muscles and HR, at a slower, but deeply focused pace, so, staying active with mobility, recovery, stretching and breathing. This hit the nail square on. Like # 172.
Today, I really needed this cardio/mobility/stretch and I loved it!!! I did the more intense moves on the cardio portions which for me was perfect for when the mobility and stretch moves came in!!! Absolutely loved it and would love to see more of these type workouts!!! 🤩
That was awesome! I did the cardio portion really active/high energy, so I got a great workout with sweat. But also got amazing mobility and stretching! I need more of that every day.

Wasn't feeling that energetic this morning so this workout was perfect for my mindset, of course when I started I wanted to take it up a notch! Loved it.
I really liked this workout. My only suggestion is to have less breaks in between, so maybe the next move can be shown in a small window in the corner.
Loved this workout and being barefoot. I surprised myself I did full on jumping jacks without having custom made arch supports on even though they were 🐌
